Otherwise lovely room..very special
Cons:

Elevator not working
Most of our stay. No apologies. Unacceptable
Room smelled terribly on arrival becasue the cleaning staff had left rottting fruit in the room fridge!!
Also cleaning staff left
Cleaning supplies and dirty mops
left outside rooms at the top of the stairs on each floor most days! For hours..
This is not acceptable for a hotel like yours

Home in Paris
Pros:

Best location in Paris. Next to the metro, pharmacies, cafes and top brands. The people who work there are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel truly at home. Rooms brand new and very comfortable.

A peça do sanitário faz barulho, embora seja muito bom estar aquecido, quando usamos o banheiro na madrugada o barulho incomoda tanto quem usa qto quem está dormindo e acorda com o barulho

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location

Hotel Madison Boulevard Saint-Germain - November 2025 Stay

I stayed at the Hotel Madison for 10 nights in November 2025. While the location is excellent and the hotel itself comfortable, with pleasant staff, my experience was overshadowed by serious service issues.

For three separate days - one unplanned and two planned - there was no running water in the hotel. This was not only a major inconvenience but also caused significant stress during my stay. In a property marketed as a 4-star hotel. such disruptions are unacceptable, especially when they occur multiple times in a short visit.

The process of seeking reimbursement was equally disappointing. Despite losing water service for three days, I was only compensated for one night, and obtaining even that was a drawn-out and frustrating effort.

While the hotel has charm and a prime location, the lack of reliability and poor handling of guest compensation left me unable to enjoy my time there.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Great location, luxury rooms and perfect concierge service! THE BEST
Pros:

The concierge is by far the TOPS in the business. Sanjay Kapoor is in a class by himself, with the care and meticulous arrangements he makes for the toughest tickets in Paris weather a meal or art exhibit. He is extraordinary and makes every stay perfection!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Madison. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. Shout out to Zaldy and Diane. My room was spotless, comfortable and had everything i needed for a relaxing visit. The location was great and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and inviting. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Pros:

Best hotel!
Pros:

Love this hotel! Awesome location, close to everything! The hotel is clean and rooms are good size! Breakfast had a lot of variety! We worked with Zaldy and he made our stay enjoyable going above and beyond to make sure we have the best vacation. Highly recommend this hotel!
