Hotel Madison Boulevard Saint-Germain - November 2025 Stay

I stayed at the Hotel Madison for 10 nights in November 2025. While the location is excellent and the hotel itself comfortable, with pleasant staff, my experience was overshadowed by serious service issues.

For three separate days - one unplanned and two planned - there was no running water in the hotel. This was not only a major inconvenience but also caused significant stress during my stay. In a property marketed as a 4-star hotel. such disruptions are unacceptable, especially when they occur multiple times in a short visit.

The process of seeking reimbursement was equally disappointing. Despite losing water service for three days, I was only compensated for one night, and obtaining even that was a drawn-out and frustrating effort.

While the hotel has charm and a prime location, the lack of reliability and poor handling of guest compensation left me unable to enjoy my time there.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

The concierge is by far the TOPS in the business. Sanjay Kapoor is in a class by himself, with the care and meticulous arrangements he makes for the toughest tickets in Paris weather a meal or art exhibit. He is extraordinary and makes every stay perfection!

I loved it! The hotel was so nice and quiet. The room and decide was beautiful. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We will be back next time we visit Paris

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Madison. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. Shout out to Zaldy and Diane. My room was spotless, comfortable and had everything i needed for a relaxing visit. The location was great and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and inviting. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

If you’re looking at an amazing location, good price and luxury treatment, definitely check this hotel out! Amenities are awesome! Zaldy and Diane made our stay more memorable! Book this hotel and you won’t regret it!

Had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel! Beautiful hotel and super convenient location! Staff is very warm and friendly especially Zaldy! He made sure we were taken care of! Def stay at this hotel!

Love this hotel! Awesome location, close to everything! The hotel is clean and rooms are good size! Breakfast had a lot of variety! We worked with Zaldy and he made our stay enjoyable going above and beyond to make sure we have the best vacation. Highly recommend this hotel!

Such a wonderful stay!
The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy, exactly the kind of comfort we were looking for. The ambiance felt relaxing, and every corner was well-maintained.

The staff were all very accommodating, but I want to give a special mention to Mr. Zaldy, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Our second stay at the Madison this year and we can’t recommend any higher. BEST location across from St Germain church, short walks to Notre Dame, St Chappelle, Luxembourg gardens and the Louvre. Intimate,cozy atmosphere, facilities totally modern. Room size was perfect and had a balcony overlooking the boulevard. Staff amazing- very friendly, helpful, always greeted us by name. The Concierge booked all of our activities for the week- got us in places we thought impossible, communicated and coordinated each day with us, starting and ending.
We had 5 rooms with Family and we never felt crowded, rushed- did feel like honored guests

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Paris primarily because of this boutique hotel. Location is great and the staff is warm and efficient. I love the room too which had a view of Saint Germain Church.

Location, location and location! I was recommended by my tour guide of the Madison Hotel when I did a walking tour in Paris for 8 hours in Oct trying to find the perfect hotel in a neighborhood suitable for a family trip with my parents, and the hotel did not disappoint! I can’t say enough how great is the location of the Madison Hotel - within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame and major shopping areas like Le Bon Marche. The entire hotel staff is super friendly and rooms are a great size! I also thought the prices are reasonable for what you get. I will definitely come back to stay here when it’s renovated next Spring. Shout out to Morgan for his help with my departure to leave the best last impression!

An unforgettable stay with incredible staff. The neighborhood is perfect, all of Paris is easily accessible from the hotel.
