Agréablement surprise par la gentillesse du personnel
Pros:

Nous voulions un hôtel facile d'accès qui accepte les animaux.

Nous avons apprécié le confort d'une chambre spacieuse avec frigo, air conditionné et balcon.
Nous avons pris l'option du parking au sous-sol.

Service clientèle excellent.
Très grande propreté partout.
Bouteille d'eau de courtoisie dans la chambre.

Agréablement surprise par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis et avait eu la délicatesse de mettre l'air conditionné dans la chambre par ce temps de canicule.

Remarque :
Pas pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (réception au 1er et chambres au second, sans ascenseur).

Je recommande l'hôtel sans problème.
Pros:

Une réservation pour 3 personnes avec 2 chiens. L'hôtel était bien situé, le service et le personnel parfais rien à dire sur l'équipement de la chambre tout était parfais, chambre propre et lit très confortable.

El hotel lo cogimos para el regreso a España de un viaje en coche por Francia e Italia. Llegamos tarde, nos atendieron muy bien, de forma muy amable y correcta. Las habitaciones muy bien, AA, camas bien, etc.
