Grand experience at the Grand Sablon hotel
Pros:

Martyn was uncompromisingly excellent. He was professional, pleasant, and eager to please. He took the lead in scheduling mulpile complex bookings with ease and efficiency! And he always performed his duties and tasks with a heartfelt smile!

Cons:

There was a "rise" in the floor upon entering our room.
