The light feom the corridors are too strong and goes under the door during the night
La habitación estuvo genial, a destacar la limpieza y la tranquilidad a la hora de descansar. El desayuno de diez, estaba todo muy bueno, la bollería, fruta y embutidos eran de calidad ademas te traían lo que les pidieras recién hecho.
La ubicacion estuvo fenomenal a 8 min andando de la estacion del norte y a 10 de la Grand Place.

Personnel extrêmement serviable. Confort de la literie. On se sent comme à la maison. Petit dej très varié et vraiment succulent ! Le parking est un plus
The location was excellent right on the square and the breakfast was good
We paid quite a lot for the room but I was disappointed with it. I asked for an upgrade and I was given a similar room. Staff said it was the biggest they had but there were suites on the fifth floor. Also I had a bad cough at breakfast and a staff member asked me in quite a rude voice “ if I was okay” and it made me feel very uncomfortable. We stayed over the new year and it was close to 300 a night, I won’t be back . Also they advertised a bar but it was permanently closed or unwelcoming during our stay. On New Year’s Eve night I asked the staff could I have a quick drink in the bar before going out but they said no as it was not open or something to that effect.
I regularly stay at this hotel and its always faultless - beautiful clean rooms, an excellent breakfast and great service as standard. This stay was made extra special by a free shoeshine from Marcello, whose service adds a lovely touch. Highly recommended

Location is great, in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of boutique shops and restaurants nearby. Staffs are friendly and willing to provide help. Could walk to city center within 10 mins.
The hotel was in a most delightful area of Brussels with wonderful restaurants chocolate shops all around the square. The hotel is elegant and clean with comfortable rooms.
