Guest Reviews
Staff was extremely helpful and understanding very concerned with our comfort. Breakfast was delicious and various option offered. Location was an easy walk to the city center and other attractions. We would stay here when we come back.
Nothing
Location and staff were great
Overall all good
Maybe the breakfast could be a bit richer
Very friendly and helping staff
Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt, locatie.
Great location and rooms with friendly staff.
Amazing location for us! Rooms are generous and the restaurant was a special treat.
Nothing comes to mind. It was a fantastic hotel.
Safe location.
Booked a preuim room and whilst it was a king bed the 6th floor location was noisy with the street and next room occuppant
Great location with easy access to explore Grand Sablon, Louise and Grand Place area on foot, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere in clean and well-maintained room, excellent breakfast with wide variety of fresh products, late check-out was a lovely little extra and the convenient parking too.
All the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The property was very clean and in a great location. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection.
My room was at the end of a hallway on the first floor. My door was inches from the next door. My neighbors spoke quite loudly in the hall at around 7 am and let their doors slam as they went in and out a number of times. There were occasional loud flushing noises in my bathroom, presumably from toilets on the floor above me..
