Beautiful location and very close to the museums. But a little far from the train station.

Cons:

The water policy. Only one still water glass bottle per night per room. You get extra bottle if you hang the card outside informing the Maid not to clean up. I was also scammed into paying by some unknown website in Ipswich, UK, pretending to be an e-mail from NH grand sablon to verify my identity. They had all information correct including the reservation number, the hotel address, and I didn’t even provide the credit card number. Just clicking verify and then I was charged for two nights. That was really horrible and a Hotel upon check in had to charge me again because I booked through Booking.com under condition pay upon arrival. So the scammer somehow had information to my account at Booking.com, including my credit card. Just one clickbait to validate my booking and then I got screwed. Hope no one had terrible experience like me.

Friendly and Professional Team
Pros:

The staff were awesome, very welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

The corridor leading to the room was quite dirty and could do with a good clean. The hotel is a little outdated, but with a bit more care and maintenance, it has the potential to be a really nice place to stay

Séjour Merveilleux, tout était parfait!!!
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans cet établissement, tout était parfait. Les chambres très propres, spacieuses, il ne manquait rien. Le matin, le petit déjeuner était divin, sans oublié le dimanche matin, une coupe de champagne gentiment servi par le personnel. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est l'extrême gentillesse de tous les employés, avec toujours une petite pointe d'humour. C'était SUPER!!
Nous reviendrons, nous en sommes sûre et certain.
