Pros:

Locatie best OK.

Cons:

Spreken geen Nederlands.
De geadverteerde parkeerruimte is niet toegankelijk voor elk wagentype, zodat je een eind verderop kan parkeren en door een onveilig Brussel naar het hotel moet stappen, 's avonds.
Bubbelbad is zeer minimaal en hoegenaamd niet de moeite.
Room service besteld. Meer dan een uur later eten nog niet ontvangen. Dan maar gebeld, nog een kwartier kunnen wachten. Eten koud tegen het moment waarop ik het in ontvangst nam. Geen compensatie aangeboden gekregen.

Did not quite fulfilled my expectations for a NH hotel …

We stayed at this location and had a bit of a mixed experience. Here is the breakdown of our stay:
Location
The biggest win here is the excellent location.

Neighborhood: It is very pleasant to walk around the local streets.

Transit: It’s conveniently close to the train station, making it a solid base for exploring the city.

Cons:

The Room & Sleep Quality
To be honest, the rooms felt a bit outdated. While clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the walls are quite thin.

Breakfast Experience
The breakfast options were decent, with a great cheese selection and good variety for vegetarians (including fresh salads, veggies, and plant-based milks). However, the hot food was a letdown. My omelet was very burnt; I really appreciate it when a kitchen serves nice, clean, golden eggs, so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Excellent hotel for visiting and enjoying Brussels. Would definetly stay again.
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast in the lobby offered a great variety of options. Brussels Central train station is a short 10 minutes walk, to catch a train to visit Bruges and Ghent. We also arrived early and were aloud to check in early.

Pros:

Nous avons réservé une chambre d'hôtel dans cet établissement en dernière minute suite à l'arrêt de notre train, le personnel s'est montré très réactif, très accueillant et aimable. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite et tout était parfait ; la literie était vraiment très confortable, la salle de bains était fonctionnelle, le logement très bien équipé et bien aménagé. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Bruxelles mais au calme.
