It was great having the ground floor. The spacious bedroom was also nice.

Cons:

The two queen beds were excellent. However, housekeeping only came every other day to empty the trash and replace the towels; they didn't clean the bathroom sink. As for the floor, we told them not to vacuum while we were in the room because the noise was too loud.
There are only two types of cereal available for the complimentary breakfast. It would be nice if they had a brown cereal option, too. Also, the peeled hard-boiled eggs are served cold and pre-peeled, which is a bit off-putting.
However, I am very grateful for the hotel's attentiveness.

Enjoyable staff but my group freaked out about cleanliness
Pros:

Caesar and Sandy very friendly upon arrival, dog friendly as well; was able to check in a bit early; spacious parking

Cons:

Cleanliness freaked out my wife and daughter, footprint in the shower along with a soap bar, bug on the bed as we walked into the room

We would NOT have stayed here if we had known the pool was closed. I called in April before I booked it and was told it

We arrived early (at1:30pm) and were told we would have to pay an early check-in fee (not uncommon I know) we were not informed that the pool was closed until we arrived and after we agreed to pay the early fee. The pool was a main attraction for us. We didn’t have a choice to look for another hotel due to personal reasons, so we stayed and asked about waiving the fee due to no notice of pool, but she basically ignored us and told us the charge. So we just paid, but we would NOT have stayed here if we had known about the pool being closed.

Bugs, dirty, incredibly rude staff

The rudest hostess I have ever met. She called my husband, some filthy names and screamed up and down the halls. No apologies for the live bedbug in our bed left us in the hall in our pajamas while she typed on her computer the actual manager was very bored with our story when we expressed our concerns to him the next morning, the room was filthy as you can see from the attached pictures the worst state I’ve ever had at a hotel.
