Ótima estadia, mas com pequenos detalhes a ajustar
Pros:

A localização é a melhor. Pertinho do metrô Los Leones e 15 min andando do Shopping Costaneira. A reserva foi tranquila e deu tudo certo no check in / out. O restaurante é muito bom, muito que chique, porém não é barato. O café da manhã é incluído, achei bom.
A equipe de vocês são uns amores! Todos muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Sinceramente o que eu acho que precisa fazer umas renovações nos quartos. Meu quarto só tinha uma tomada funcionando ( fora as que ficam com o ar condicionado e tv) e as outras tavam pifadas. O quarto ficou pouco iluminado de noite, os abajures estavam com a lâmpada ruim.

Como eu só dormi e quase não estava no quarto não me incomodou tanto.

Um hotel tão bonito...poderiam melhorar as instalações.

Pros:

El lugar es muy agradable y tiene ese encanto de épocas pasadas, desayuno muy variado y rico.

Cons:

El Gym es lo único que no tienen pesas, solo máquinas de cardio, no hay peso para realizar rutinas funcionales o de musculación que hoy en día es tan necesario para mantener la masa muscular y el estímulo cognitivo.

Excelente ubicación. Nos encantó la piscina. Muy cómodas habitaciones.

Buena ubicación, excelente relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

Linda ubicación, muy tranquilo y sensación de seguridad. Hay muchos lugares donde cenar, un Starbucks al frente y el propio hotel tiene un buen bar-restaurante. El desayuno es variado y rico. Las instalaciones bonitas y bien mantenidas.

Cons:

Las almohadas necesitan cambio urgente!
