Pros:

The location is amazing. 2 minutes walk to the condado beach.

Cons:

There is a bit of confusion at the front desk. They don't tend to answer the calls from the rooms as they prefer if anyone has an issue to coke downstairs to talk directly to the front desk. The first day we've arrived, they got our room wrong 3 times. Kept sending us to the wrong building and rooms. They didn't inform us that they have construction on the 6th floor. It was completely insane having to deal with the horrible noise starting very early up to 3pm. They have claimed the construction is only from 1-3pm, but it literally wasn't true as we were hearing noise the whole night. We woke up early and went to the 6th floor in 6am and saw people working there with hammers and machinery. I wish they would have told us in the arrival about it so this way we at least have asked for different floor. Other than the service, the location is amazing ( pool is very small and jacuzzi does not work). But it is a nice hotel other than the customer service

Disappointing. Choose a different hotel.
Pros:

Everyone in our group agreed that the bed and sheets were very comfortable. The meals in the attached restaurant were excellent, as was the service there.

Cons:

I'll preface saying we usually stay at 4 star hotels so my rating is somewhat unfair. This hotel is rated 3 star but really, I would never go back to this location, primarily because of its state of repair. To be fair, we were told that our room was in the "older" part of the hotel so perhaps not all rooms had these issues. Our room needed a lot of work. The bathroom was very tiny. There was exposed wiring glued to the wall to provide the room light switch. There was a small balcony accessible through a door. The bottom of that door was 1" off the ground. We weren't sure what might move in and out of that room throughout the day. There is a small platform on the floor in the room for an unknown purpose, perhaps to cover plumbing or wiring but there was a nail head partially sticking up, not enough to puncture your foot, but you sure knew you stepped on it. The condition of the pool was suspect at best but it was clean and the kids didn't care. Overall, I felt I paid way too much for this room given its condition.

Bait and switch
Pros:

Booked the Abitta Boutique Hotel for one night January 16,2026. We had booked this hotel many times when it was a Comfort Inn . When we checked in our room was at the hotel next door , not as pictured on their website . our room was dark and dingy , broken window shade, safe, and dresser draw, There was not enough light even to read . To get the the front desk, we needed to go outside in the rain to get there. This was bait and switch , not what we paid for

Highly recommended.
Pros:

This hotel is the place to be in Condado. Very clean and any issues dealt with quickly. The hotel manager and staff are amazing friendly and very very helpful. The restaurant has delicious food. The beach is 3 minutes drive away and 10 minute walk. You get fresh clean towels and free loungers at the beach. The restaurant at the beach has delicious food and cocktails and is good to eat there in the evenings. The location is great having many shops other hotels and many restaurants. The area is vibrant and busy. I would highly recommend

The options for the breakfast food token needs to be extended and not restricted to having the same breakfast everyday.
