Lovely stay would stay again just maybe when the price is not so high next time

Lifts took a very long time, check in took so long to check in, was charge items out of mini bar but actually didn’t even touch any items we did mention this on check out.

Also sky bar needs more shaded areas and a chance for people that stay at the hotel to book in an area.

Drinks took so long at the bar only one server.

Pleasant stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet but not as convenient location wise to public transport
Pros:

allowing early check in so my daughter can rest after redeye flight. Clean and beds comfortable. quiet location. friendly staff

Cons:

Paid for harbour view but got view of tin roof. very disappointing view, location not that close to public transport. no free water. had to get water from dispenser near lifts

Pros:

Poor service and check-in dilemma. Was given in correct information in regard to my booking and made to wait for hours. Then when I was frustrated I told them so I was told they have done nothing wrong and I just had to wait

Cons:

Rooms are outdated, low shower pressure, most of the staff all the staff I dealt with except one were rude and incapable. If it wasn’t for the location this whole hotel should get in the bin.

passable for a shot stay
Pros:

bed was comfy and view wonderful

Cons:

the parking is so stressful and confusing. once in the hotel I had to go back and forth to each desk as no one new what was going on.. having a way to pay at the parking desk would be helpful. Carpets were worn and a smell of damp in the hall way. Having to walk from lifts to my room carrying my bags was not convenient and although not an option 2 lift areas would have been better designed
