Good location but poor service which needs improvement
Pros:

Bed comfortable and the hotel was well located

Cons:

Service was very slow and inattentive. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms to be made available (so it wasn't just us as a one off); and this was after requesting early check in. It then took several phone calls and 2 hours to get the bags up to the room with the concierge, usually not an issue but these issues were worsened by us having a young family.

Pretty average for the high price you pay
Pros:

if you’re planning on getting any sleep at all ask for a room that’s not close to the rooftop bar. We’re on level nine and the noise was ridiculous until midnight.
