Staff were nice
Location - room way too small - bed was like a rock - 5 star ? Not even a bottle of water ... sorry this hotel is a low 4 at best . Cleaners didn't take dirty face washers make the bed or clean the room rubbish was left in bin and floor was dirty . We paid top dollar for our room and booked months ago we had 2 nd floor ? Seriously ....

It seems every time I get a booking through Booking.com I end up with the worst room in the worst floor with the worst view
I don’t think I’ll use Booking.com any longer and I’ll go direct
Again, I had the worst room at the end of the hallway with no view and yet I paid top dollar through Booking.com
