Shower was strong and got hot quickly which I liked after long days working.

Cons:

Wi fi dropped out in entire hotel on day 3 - I was trying to work from my room and that was dissapointing. Also my television was basically impossible to watch it kept scrambling and dropping in and out every few seconds, making it not possible to watch. I called for support on night 2, and no one came so I ended up calling again to the concierge and I said cancel the support engineer. But it was over 30 minutes and no one had arrived and I decided to just have a shower and go to bed. Then on day 3 I asked again for it to be fixed, and it was not fixed - I think someone came to the room, but it still was no better.

Poor - because the Hotel charged our Mastercard, even though we had already paid booking.com

Cons:

They charged our Bankcar for $440 for the night, while we had already paid booking.com for the night. I tried to ring the hotel, but it does not have a line that answers questions. Very disappointing and I will not stay there again.
