I had an issue with my reservation: Booking.com stated that the room included AC. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that no AC is available in November. This was never mentioned on Booking.com or anywhere else. They even claimed that all hotels in Cannes don’t have AC in November, which I later confirmed was false—since their neighboring hotel did have AC running.
I checked out and reallocated to that neighboring hotel. I requested a full refund due to the misleading information, but the hotel refused. I escalated the matter to Booking.com support, yet no solution was reached, and I was charged for a full night without staying there.
Totally not recommended.
Suggest booking at JW Marriott instead.
