Fantastic location and value for money.
Pros:

This hotel was in a fantastic location, lovely restaurants and cafes right next to it. The lady at the reception was lovely and helpful letting us check in early! There is 2 metro stations within 5 minute walking distance and 20 minutes to walk to the louvre. The area surrounding the hotel was bustling and felt safe. Air conditioning was great.

Cons:

The room was slightly outdated, wasn’t the modern look that was on the pictures. We were missing a light bulb in one of our lights . The elevator is very small! Can barely fit two people. Was not necessarily a problem but entertaining to say the least.

Todo muy bien. No guiarse por la recepción. Hermosa habitación.
Pros:

Al ver la recepción me sentí decepcionada, pero al entrar a la habitación todo cobró sentido. Muy linda, silenciosa, completa. Pequeña pero ideal.
Ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

Todo bien. Dejaría agua fresca a disposición todo el tiempo. Los ascensores funcionan a media máquina.

Klasse für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sauber. Für einen Städtetrip absolut ausreichend. Das Hotel ist 3 Min zu Fuß von einer großen Metrostation gelegen und daher sehr zentral. Der Preis für das Frühstück mit 12 Euro ist fair und man kann es spontan buchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es quasi keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Zimmer sind natürlich eher hellhörig.
Viele verrückte Menschen in dieser Gegend. :D

Perfekt eingerichtet.
Pros:

Ich habe mich im großen Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, perfekt eingerichtet. Man kann lüften, wenn auch zum Innenhof mit Gerüchen. Nachts ist die Luft gut und es ist ruhig!!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt am Aufzug.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel
Pros:

La climatisation 0

Cons:

- salle de bain minuscule vétuste avec baignoire avec carreau cassé et moisissure.
- Les rideau occultant ne fermait pas complètement. J'en ai parlé au monsieur à la réception la veille il n'a pas regardé ni proposé de me changer de chambre. Il était plutôt désagréable avec moi. J'ai été réveillée par le jour au petit matin.
- Le matelas n'était pas de bonne qualité : trop ferme avec un creu à gauche et à droite.
- Il y avait qu'une seule prise pour toute la chambre et elle n'est pas à côté du lit !
- Moquette avec des tâches.
- Ma chambre vibrait au passage du train / du métro.
- Cher pour la qualité de la chambre.
- Les photos des chambres sur booking.com n'illustre absolument pas la réalité.
- Ne mérite absolument pas 3 étoiles.

So pleased we found this Hotel, it probably saved our trip to Paris.
Pros:

We booked this hotel whilst we were in Paris as we were having a horror stay in another apartment. We made correct decision, nice basic hotel that has everything you need, rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Very quiet during the night which was good. Fella on reception was exceptional, he seems to do a lot of hours as he was always working. Lift is small, can only get 2 in - but no problem, at least they had one! Very easily accesible - close to 3 different Metro stops. Wish we'd booked it earlier for our full 5 nights in Paris.

Ok for one night
Pros:

Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good, easy to get there, good transport links.

Cons:

Our room smelled of damp (like when clothes don't dry properly), bathroom was clean but the toilet had a very strong scent of urine.

Schrecklich altes Hotel, Nix renoviert, sehr sparsames frühstück

Es gab Klima Anlage und Lage ganz ok

Cons:

Sehr sehr alt und alle Möbel defekt, Tapete fällt von der Wand keine Duschkabine, eine Lampe defekt. Der Aufzug ein alptraum und der tepisch im Zimmer sehr schmutzig und alt. Die Bilder bei booking sind nicht für das Zimmer und leider wer hier nicht bekommt das schlechteste Zimmer, was sicher an Booking.com liegt eine Frechheit
