Good value for what I paid
Pros:

Free parking outside
Good size room, even had a little off shot for travel cot

Cons:

Food wasn’t good - very salty pizza
The decor is strange. Think they’ve upgraded some bits and not others
Location isn’t great but they put on a shuttle to get to nearest metro

Not for those with a mobility problem.
Pros:

The location away from noise of the city was good, an oasis. The breakfast overall was good, but warm things not warm. Our room was large (an upgrade to junior suite), bed was comfortable. No restaurant for the evening, but food at the bar was better than expected. Ramped access to the pool was good.

Cons:

Not good for my wife who has problems with walking and stairs. Overall design not suitable. Vey difficult to avoid stairs. On entry into the hotel 3 flights of stairs down to reception. To get to a lift you need to either go down a flight of stairs or go up a flight. Toilet a long way from the breakfast buffet. In this toilet the automatic lights went out very rapidly, causing my wife great distress being in total darkness. Entry to toilets by pool area had steps with no hand rail.
In the room bedside lights supports broken, reported, not fixed. Lack of storage space.

Pros:

The facilities and the staff were excellent. My only concern is to check the age of your customers when it comes to the room selections. The stairs were a bit much for my sister but she stayed on the lower level. Also, an airport shuffle would be nice even for a small fee.

Televisión en planta inferior, cama en planta superior. No puedes ver la TV mientras estás en la cama. Sin enchufes para poder cargar el tlf cerca de la cama. Las escaleras para subir a la cama con puntillas sobresaliendo que te podías pinchar

Ohne Frühstück mag es gehen
Pros:

Die Lage ist praktisch, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Durch den Shuttleservice kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit: dreckige Gläser und Tassen zum Frühstück geht gar nicht und es war an allen 4 Tagen so. Personal ist zweckfreundlich aber redet kein Wort zu viel, Informationen muss man ihnen aus der Nase ziehen (außer im Cafe, die Dame war sehr nett!). Im Zimmer hat es seltsam gerochen und die Badtür konnte man nicht richtig schließen.
