Hotel cómodo, bonita arquitectura, buenos servicios.

Excellent hotel overall.
Pros:

The room was clean and big. The shuttle bus to the metro works well and is very convenient. The hotel lobby and common areas are very nice. Good breakfast with many different options. Nice swimming pool. I also had a good lunch and dinner at the restaurant.

Cons:

The walls in the room were a bit dirty and a lot of paint chipping in the bathroom. There was sometimes a smell coming from the bathroom.

Pros:

Het zwembad, uitstekend. Met heel veel plek om te zonnen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt en vooral de koffie viel tegen, zeker voor de prijs.

Pros:

В этом отеле не было ничего хорошего
Это точно не отель 4 звезды
Максимум 2 звезды
И цена соответствует, не дорого и сердито.
Поэтому не рассчитывайте на качество 4-х заезд по цене 2-х

Cons:

Ужасные матрасы, особенно на диване в номере Junior Suite для детей. Сама конструкция диванов не устойчивая, прогибалась даже под ребенком 10 лет.
Плохие подушки
Холодильник в номере очень слабо охлаждал
Шумно
Персонал отеля обещал что зарядное устройство для моего электро автомобиля будет на парковке. По факту для зарядки нужно было скачать специальный App . Он не скачивался в стране моего Apple Store
В итоге я не смог зарядить свою машину.
Персонал отеля отказался мне помочь с этой проблемой и отказался сделать частичный возврат средств за проживание ( что я считаю справедливым в данном случае)

Pros:

The swimming pool and the pool bar are great! The gym is pretty good, spacious and well provisioned. The main hall is beautiful. The hotel bus to the metro station is super convenient.

Cons:

Front desk staff is not resolutive nor serviceable. The room was ok, but clearly needs a renovation. Worn out furniture.

Pros:

Imponujący hol, robi doskonale pierwsze wrażenie. Bardzo ładny basen zewnętrzny z widokiem na miasto. Przyjemny pokój w nowej części, z dużą i wygodną oraz dobrze wyposażoną łazienką. Dostępna do północy sala fitness. Dodatkowym atutem jest bus hotelowy dowożący gości do najbliższej stacji metra.

El restaurante y el personal de todo el hotel

Cons:

Pues q primero nos dieron una habitación de 2 plantas, nada más entrar me dio claustrofobia, solicité cambio y me dieron otra, esta vez la única q quedaba según ellos una de movilidad reducida, baño amplio pero el estor q hace de mampara esta todo apulgadaro, da asco. Cálidad/ precio de las habitaciones deja mucho q desear para un hotel de 4 estrellas en Sevilla
