El buffet regular y poca variedad. Se agradeceria un poco mas de amplitud en horario de cena y que se reponiera más la comida. A las 21.30 postres 0 y malísimos.
Hace falta tener coche aunque hay un minibus de cortesia hasta metro San Juan Bajo. No se puede ir andando a ningún lugar desde el hotel.
Recepción falta de calidad en atención al cliente. Ni se ofrece parking subterráneo ni se informa de que hay 1 ludoteca etc. Y por decir ni bienvenidos al Hotel. Recepcionista rubia bajita un limón.

Se agradeceria algo de música en el bar interior durante las noches.

Pouca limpeza dos espaços, a agua da piscina estava muito suja.
Huele mal el baño limpiadores no limpiaron nada ordenaron la cama como silla y ya está la cafetera de café no hay mucho ruido de los ventiladores de aire acondicionado suena bastante y también del baño muy muy mal no trae nada contento
