Beautiful hotel in great location - just needs functioning aircon in the front rooms at least.
Pros:

Stunning view from the room, great bed and bathroom. Excellent service on reception - and the distinctive scent from the diffusers throughout was a great addition.

Cons:

The room (at the front) needed functioning aircon as too hot and airless at night (traffic just outside meant we couldn't leave the balcony door open at night). Hand soap instead of shower gel in the shower was odd and frustrating that towels we wanted to reuse were replaced with clean (despite the usual notice in the bathroom re green credentials).

Una gran hospitalidad desde el primer minuto de llegada, muy atentos a cualquier cosa que pudieran ayudar para hacer la estancia lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno fabuloso con gran variedad para elegir. El palacio es precioso 10/10
