Very comfortable
Pros:

The friendly staff who are always consistent and the beautiful building and views

Cons:

Only the noise of the road kept me awake but we normally book an inner courtyard room so will do that next time!

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de lo más importante que hay que visitar en Salamanca. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno.

rien a dire tout est parfait à coté plein de restaurants et le centre touristique de la ville, le petit déjeuner excellent. le personnel est exceptionnel

Excellent séjour, hôtel à recommander sur Salamanca .
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable, très bien situé, superbe vue, prestations conformes à sa catégorie et personnel très serviable. Petit déjeuner varié, produits excellents.

Cons:

la chambre côté rue manque un peu d’insonorisation, on entend les bruits de la circulation au petit matin. La vue fait oublier cet inconvénient.

Pros:

Locations was fab as were the staff. Hotel allow dogs but not in areas other than bedroom.

Cons:

You pay €30 extra for dog, yet seem to get the worse room. Bathroom needed upgrade

Limpeza, staff e localização.

Cons:

Quarto junto a receção. Ouve-se constantemente a água a escorrer nos canos.
Durante a tarde havia um casamento com welcome drink na receção, uma barulheira insuportável.
