the location was central and very closed to many sight seeings, restaurants, parks, etc.
Atmosphe very calm and comfortable. No noise. the rooms big and espacious. Value oof course cheaper is better if they reduce price. the cleanliness is top rated. Housekeepers are very good and serious in their work. They cleaned every day the room and we felt safe.

Nice building from outside, pretty new style inside. Rooms are big ( I was lucky to get an upgrade). Hotel quite near from the heart of the city. Breakfast buffet is more than correct.

Absolutely perfect. In the most convenient location possible. Also incredibly clean, this is very important to me especially when it comes to the bathroom, but this hotel didn’t disappoint. Felt like a real comfortable luxury! Will only be staying here when I visit Barcelona again.

The hotel have a great location, centric with taxi station. Room are good , super clean , bed a little bid hard but good for my back after long walk during the day. I had breakfast brunch included , breakfast food excellent. Hotel staff wonderful roof top with good tapas. 10/10.

Great place to stay as its convenient to shops, restaurants, Sagrada Familia, and public transportation.

We did a lot of research on Hotels.com before we chose Gran Hotel Havana and we're so glad we did.

It met and exceeded all expectations. The room was fantastic and the hotel's location is perfect. It's within easy walking distance of two major metro stops and is an easy walk to Las Ramblas.

The rooftop pool is perfect for an afternoon relaxing session after exploring all the fantastic sites in Barcelona. The rooftop bar and restaurant food and drink are fantastic as is the staff. We dined there twice and enjoyed it each time.

The breakfast buffet has a lot of tasty options to choose from and is worth a visit or two.

Highly recommend two nearby spots that are within two blocks: Berry Brunch and Monster Sushi.

We were there for La Merce, the annual major festival in late September and highly recommend seeing it. So many fantastic concerts, parades, fireworks and so much more.

Can't wait to come back.

Great location but Hotel need to be updated.
4 star , $470 per night for basic room and carpets in common areas were filthy and a smelled not fresh.
I waited from evening till morning ( second time visit front desk ) for iron board and in the morning they brought me dirty iron board( black oil ).
Very disappointed

Was clean and everything well kept. There were many places to eat nearby and the shops were not far away. The restaurant was great and Jesus was a very attentive server.

When we read the reviews, it impressed us. We choose hotels with rooftop restaurants so this fit the bill.
We found the location, inconvenient and unsafe exploring the neighborhood on foot. One person in reception greeted us warmly but when we expressed concern about noise and a problem at breakfast, they responded with apathy. We used their airport shuttle service, but it wasn't through them. It was an independent company, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction with that situation, we received blank stairs from reception.
The breakfast host greeted us with a smile, but when we expressed concern about the Geuss and the tepid breakfast items, his interest and smile disappeared.
We inquired about taking a cab as we saw none out on the street both times. The receptionist said "there's always some out there. "Not those times.
The room, small, but efficient, included a bathtub, which we found a pleasant surprise
Our rooms faced the street, and we heard lots of traffic and people noise throughout the evening. Also,
neighbors arrived home late and in a noisy way, which ruined our nighttime
One waitress on the rooftop restaurant was warm, friendly, but the gentleman were not. We enjoyed the view up there, and the pool was empty when we arrived, which made it much more enjoyable.

Well situated and well serviced area, the hotel itself was good and provided everything we may need during our stay. I found the staff mostly pleasant and accommodating. We were upgraded to an atrium room but found this was a bit of a let down as it was directly below the roof top bar and therefore we could hear footsteps and chairs scraping back and forth until 1am when the bar closed. Due to enjoying the area we never needed to sleep early but found that it did take away from the enjoyment of the room.
Overall I would stay here again but would specifically asks for a room away from the top floor/bar area

The property was amazing. Manager made special accommodations for me due to a last-minute emergency. I will be forever grateful.

Fantastic staff from reception to pool bar and everyone in between. All the team has been friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location and rooms. Loved the rooftop bar and sun deck every day of a fantastic Barcelona holiday.

Excellent breakfast and clean rooms and property. Friendly and helpful concierge at reception.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The problem was the room i had on the 6 the floor (611). Someone was moving furniture, next door o'r sir and making a lot of noise on the wooden floors until 1am. Each time I was about to ring the front desk the noise stopped. Happy that I booked another hotel for my final 2 nights in town.

This hotel is beautiful! The location is amazing, the reception team were so lovely, polite and really helpful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the rooftop pool and bar is wonderful, unfortunately we didn’t eat at the rooftop, plenty did and it looked lovely!

Our room was so clean, the bed was so comfy, bathroom spotless

Breakfast is lovely, mostly continental, but there was bacon, sausage, eggs and scrambled eggs, there was lots to choose from, also lots of fruit, juices, great start to a day out!

Location is perfect, not far from anything,
