Location. Close to dining and shopping. Just off the highway so easily accessible for a highway stop over.
We received a message that the elevator was not working. However when we got there and requested a main floor room we were told that there wasn’t a room available but if we wanted to upgrade the elevator we could have a room. Having just had knee surgery a main floor room was much preferred and we had to insist and discuss for a bit until the staff finally relinquished and gave us a room on the main floor at no extra charge. Thank you for that but it shouldn’t have to have been an event when it was your elevator that prompted the situation.
The hot water did not last through one shower so second person had to wait for more hot water.

Noisy. Building has almost no insulation, you hear everything outside and upstairs.

The room was filthy bloody sheets smelled like cigarettes and marajuana and was very dirty stains on floors
