Pros:

The staff was very friendly and my daughter loved the jacuzzi.

The view from our room was not the best and there was a corona cap in the pull out couch which made me think it was not cleaned.

Horrible customer service.
Pros:

Would give this place less than one star if I could. This happened just about a year ago and I’m still upset by the experience. That’s gotta say something in itself. Took my niece for a treat at Buzz cannabis in Mission Valley. Walked in excited, total disaster, upon check—in cracked an old school joke to my niece about not having a medical marijuana license saying I’m illegal. Just laughing around. Front desk girl, Spanish American flipped out, assuming I was insulting her race— nothing like that! She snapped back. I love illegals right to my niece‘s face I said, so do I try to defuse the situation. After we were done shopping, I asked to speak to the manager to inform her that, that was very rude. And what about Customer Service? I didn’t appreciate ththe way she spoke to my niece. The manager said she was in the back crying. She told her Manager but I attacked her heritage. NOTHING like that happened. I would never do that. My last name is Hispanic. The manager ignores that I said zero about raceand defends her employees sensitivity over family politics, blaming the political climate instead of handling service correctly. I felt like the victim card got played leaving us feeling like we did something wrong. Not ok. Customer Service should be about welcoming folks, not exploding over a harmless quip that was clearly misunderstood. Ruined our whole outing stay away from this place if you want to keep your dignity. They just lost two customers who spend real money.

Aside from the bed not being comfortable and the walls being thin, everything was fine with my stay and there was nothin
Pros:

Shower has a bench and water stays hot. That’s about it.

Cons:

Bed was hard, pillows were thin. Walls are thin, could hear everything from people in the halls to doors creaking.

Pros:

large one bedroom suite w/balcony. 100% cotton towels. Good water pressure in shower. 2 chairs and small stone "table" on balcony

CHARGED FOR 2 WATERS I DID NOT OPEN.
-mattress and pillows waaaaay too soft. no support whatsoever
-Toilet height too low, felt like I was back in kindergarden.
-no light in balcony.
-very few tv channels (1 HBO, 1 Showtime) . "On demand function" is actually PAY PER VIEW ($25) not additional offerings.
-keurig coffeemaker is by door, only water is in bathroom - so constantly having to go back/forth for coffee water.
-cheap "dorm cube" fridge, microscopic freezer compartment
