Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley/Stadium

I paid so my staff could enjoy breakfast, as acknowledged on the website. My staff was turned away and told that it was not included. This is unacceptable.

Not possible to get a business invoice with tax id.

Not much, but a little awkward getting in and out of the hotel parking lot/freeway access.

On Saturday morning, getting app having a long day regarding a conference having to go to. I came down to see about having a really good breakfast to find out that all they were offering was a continental breakfast. Which did not work for me? Knowing that I would not be having a lunch. It would have been nice to have been told that breakfast was not going to be on the list for that date. It made me very upset to know that I would not be able to eat anything until dinner time. I kind of needed breakfast to get through to tell. Dinner time. This definitely would have been helpful to know. Had problems with the televisions in my room, both in bedroom and the living room, paying that kind of money for a suite and not having your t. V's working is an issue. The last issue was the bathroom with the fact the soap dispenser in the middle of the night fell down in the shower, but the little shelf that you could put your foot on to was raggedy and looked like it was ready to fall down itself. Massive different look that I've never seen in any Hilton Hotels. Having to go to the front desk to have maintenance, come in to fix the light on the headboard. Because they were not working was not good. I think the best way to do it is when rooms are being clean, supervisors should go through the rooms to make sure all lights are working. Plugs are working that way. When customers come in, they don't constantly have to call the desk to have somebody come in to fix things. I could not even use the phone to get a wake up call. And when I did get and go down to ask for one, it didn't work. I did not get a wake up call.

The staff member I dealt with, had no idea about which stairs could be used to go up to the third floor. I do not like elevators so I am always looking for stairs. Three times I tried to locate access that was not locked. I finally found a house cleaner that knew where I could go.

The extra fee for continental breakfast included with your reservation isn’t worth buying. The only breakfast you get is dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled egg, fruit, toast and sweet bread with coffee or juice. For an extra $20, you can get the hot eggs, potato’s, sausage or order from the restaurant. We went to eat downtown at Breakfast Republic for $15.

The pool and spa weren’t as nice as I expected. I don’t think they should charge a parking fee, that should be included. Most hotels have free breakfast but this place didn’t.

Paid parking. No ice on ice machine. Jacuzzi did not throw hot water only warm. Toilet did not flush properly. Guest have to pay for water bottles that are inside the room which should be complementary.
