The breakfast was okay, however, was a little pricey. The location was just of the highway and noisy when sitting on the patio around fire pit.
The attitude of the front desk staff. When I inquired about the booking being only for one adult per room, I was informed I did this online. I booked 2 rooms with 2 adults in each room to include breakfast. This did not happen and staff continued to say I did not book correctly. I also had issue with room not getting cleaned and no toilet paper left. The bathroom door could not be closed tightly. I was informed by staff that I put the do not disturb sign on the door causing the room not to be cleaned. I never put any sign on the door. So I assume I WAS THE LIAR. We also ordered pizzas and both separate orders were not correct and took a long time.
So clean! Delicious included breakfast! Friendly staff. Every time I was coming in or out, someone was cleaning!

Location was convenient but a car was useful.
Pool was smaller than photos. No pool bar or food available, during the day apart from pre-prepared salads & sandwiches, until the evening when the bar/restaurant opened
Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are modern and clean, and they have a very nice indoor and outdoor pool. Huge shout out to Alyssa and Leonardo for being super helpful and for their quick responses. When the light inside the bathtub for one of the rooms I was staying in wouldn’t turn on, I reported it to Leonardo and he immediately sent maintenance up and they were able to get it fixed right away.
Our go to on the Cape. The usual Hilton standards. Indoor, outdoor pool. Great restaurant! What sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic hotel, staff and location
Breakfast was à la carte during the week. Portions were massive, but selection was a bit limited. The continental breakfast buffet during the weekend was great.
Hotel staff was the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure to experience. 10/10

the beds were uncomfortable, front desk staff and had to pay for breakfast even thouhn we selected the option with breakfast and paid for it
We were able to book the same day as our Santa Get together. We were so please with every aspect of the stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean; food and service were the best. The staff bent ov backwards to accomodate our needs and insured a great time. The Hotel also was on top of our requirements for classrooms meeting rooms and the function. will be our 'go to' spot when we visit the Cape again.
I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The place was so clean, the staff was delightful and the housekeeping staff was very efficient. The folks at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Marva went above and beyond when I explained a personal issue I had. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. If you are choosing a hotel in the middle of Cape Cod, this is your destination. I can’t wait until my next stay here.
