Canceled the stay

Cons:

I had to give all bad grades because I had canceled my stay, it was acknowledged by the hotel but the hotel never communicated with the booking company and have received my refund / credit.

Would not stay here again! Horrible uncomfortable bed left with back pain!

Nice Pool

Cons:

The bed was AWFUL - messed up our backs it was so bad

Pool rules are unenforced - people walking around the pool with alcohol

Quiet hours unenforced - kids were running wild in the hallway at night

The bathroom is SO CRAMPED - tiny cramped shower too

Well equipped hotel, but older
Pros:

In its day this was probably a great hotel with a couple bars, restaurants, pool, etc. It’s clean but there is only so much you can do to brighten up an older hotel. First floor not great as they have dehumidifiers running in the hallway. Strange layout, like a shoots and ladders game. The service was friendly but execution not great as room service was missed and their group policy disallowed us water even though we were Hilton Honors members. Breakfast was very good and the server at breakfast was excellent.

Convuluting Hotel, with lots of extras.
Pros:

The Hotel Staff really were the 5 star incentive .From start at check in the reception staff were Amazing, Maraw in particular was super helpful , cheerful and friendly. The Hotel itself is spotless clean, and the Cleaning / Maintainance staff take great pride in their work. The cozy atmosphere by the bar/ restaurent area has easy relaxed seating and you can snuggle up infront of a warm atmospheric fire with a book, or newspaper. The Decor is tasteful, and gives the hotel a tranquil feeling.

A little disapointed
Pros:

As always, the cookies were great, the room was very nice, but the service in the restaurant was lacking due to minimal staff. The servers had to work the tables and the bars

Great Hyannis Hotel
Pros:

Loved this location. The layout is interesting, however after once through everything can be easily navigated. Food in the restaurant was very good quality and breakfast buffet excellent. Especially appreciate the attentiveness the managers give to addressing issues that may crop up. I highly recommend recommend this location.
