First Time Visit
Pros:

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days whilst travelling through Perth. Hotel was clean and hospitable, breakfast was nice and staff on reception desk were very amenable. Air conditioning was very welcome after a hot days sightseeing. WiFi was good and constant.

Booked a week stay and it was exceptional.
Pros:

The location is the real deal for me. Extremely convenient to walk down town, Chinatown and as well to the public transport. I literarily walked to all the hotspots from the hotel. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean as well and amenities provided were good.

Cons:

It was a week's long stay and I would just say as an area of improvement: Breakfast options. Taste wise still good.

Pros:

Staff were friendly, check in/check out process was fast and easy. Room was clean. Location was perfect for what we needed, easy access to the train station. Walking distance to shops.
