Lovely room close to shops and food
Check-in Parking was terrible if busy and the overnight parking cost on site was ridiculously expensive and not an option , organise ahead to save yourself the headache . We booked through booking.com and always chose parking available for this reason but it wasn't helpful this time around .
Great breakfast selection, but jot foods required better heating as they were Luke warm, but tasty.
Beds and pillows like rocks to hard no comfort

Bed nit stable - if my husband moved I bounced around!
The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. My son is coeliac and everything at the buffet breakfast is labelled. When asked if one of the items was GF. the chef sent out a special plate for him to eat without being requested. The service was impeccable.
The pillows were the only thing that were a deterrent. We’ll take our own next time.
