great location we had a concert at RAC so it was perfect
Pros:

we were in 701 we had a issue with a banging aircon but was fixed immediately and never made a noise again the maintenance man was excellent

Good staff but needs modernisation and a resident bar open 7 days a week!
Pros:

Rooms were clean and everything worked. Good location with valet parking at a price but worth it for central Perth.

Cons:

A bit dated with the corridors dull and showing signs of age. No bar facilities on a Sunday.

Room was clean tidy. Booked a superior king room.
Opened the curtain for some light to see our view was a brick wall. No superior room should have a brick wall view

No parking even though wording implies there is . Expensive to not include parking.

Pros:

We were very impressed by the high level of friendly service and hospitality, The hotel staff are a credit to their employer, facilities were also very good, we had a couple of meals at the restaurant and value for money, as well as very good
