I went to the Carl Barron show so was across the road staff were amazing

Love the rooms, bed is super comfy and staff are friendly and helpful.

Floor level shower and large double bed as requested.
A lower floor room, a little worn. Natural light was not as good. Asked for quiet room, but there was some remote generator or similar noise that caused floor vibration and intrusive noise at night.
Have had upper floor room before which was far better.
The check-in and other staff here are exceptional, it is a really welcoming experience from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, well maintained and very quiet. The location is excellent to all facilities in Northbridge and is directly across form RAC arena. It also has a large public carpark with EV charging right next door so parking is easy. Check out time is 11:00 which is great too.
The location was great, if you're attending a show at RAC arena.
The staff were fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The location of the room. It faced RAC arena and it was very loud. Hence, we didn't get a good night's sleep. It probably would've been better if we booked a room at the back of the hotel.
