Pros:

Really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, we booked in as we had a concert on the same day. Awesome helpful staff and great breakfast.

Cons:

Aircon was not as strong as we would like! But we called the front desk to let them know and I think it was fixed.

First time here at Four points Sheraton staff were great and friendly. Easy acess to inside the motel and our rooms love that they offer buffet breakfast was good to wake up and head straight down for breaky Lots of food selection to choose from . They did great coffee!!

Great Hotel Opposite RAC Arena
Pros:

Great hotel. Opposite RAC arena if you are there for a sporting event. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Close to town. Head down to ‘Stories’ for some food and drink just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was great. Staff were so friendly and rooms clean, quiet and comfortable.

We were greeted with a smile once we arrived, so welcoming! Love the bed and room The cleanliness is amazing quality.

Clean and convenient 👌
Pros:

The location was great for RAC event and short walk for other city means.
Room was exceptionally clean.
Drink on arrival was a lovely start.
Staff were friendly.
Car park was very close and secure, valet service really is unessicary here.

Cons:

Room 505 backed onto service elevator shaft and was quite noisy.
Could also hear next-door neighbours laughing and their toilet flushing.
Not terrible but I would ask for a room away from elevators next time and rooms definitely aren't sound proof.
If I'm being fussy Pillows were a little hard.
