Traumhafte Lage! Das Hotel - renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mit einer direkten Bahnanbindung und schnellem Zugang zu Shoppingmalls, Restaurants sowie wunderschönen Parks mit Kirschbäumen. Der Ausblick auf Tokyo ist ein absoluter Traum. Zudem war das Personal durchweg nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist einfach sehr schade aber das Hotel entspricht leider nicht dem was man von einem Hilton erwartet. Das gesamte Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber aber die Einrichtung wirkte alt und abgenutzt. Der größte Schock war jedoch die Organisation beim Frühstück. Die Wartezeiten sind dort scheinbar so fest eingeplant, dass man sogar ein extra „Wartezimmer“ vor dem Saal eingerichtet hat, in dem man auf die Tischzuweisung warten muss. Für Gäste, die zeitnah zu einem Flug oder Zug müssen ist das ein riesiges Problem, da man nie einschätzen kann wann man endlich frühstücken darf.

Disappointing Stay at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba for one night, mainly because of its convenience for airport access.

Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton experience I had during my entire Japan trip—and I only stay at Hilton properties when I travel.

While the location and bay views are great, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated. The room showed clear wear and tear—chipped paint, aging fixtures. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely loud—at times it sounded like a lawnmower running in the room, which made it difficult to relax. To the hotels credit they did change rooms.

Overall, the property feels like it hasn’t kept up with the standards you’d expect, especially in Japan where cleanliness and maintenance are usually exceptional.

For a quick overnight stay it does the job, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Compared to other Hilton properties across Japan, this one falls well short.

Pros:

The views were great and the staff were friendly. Conveniently close to train station and shopping malls.

Cons:

All the amenities are ancient, everything felt old and outdated. The buffet was average. Charging $32 per person to their dates and old pool seems criminal.

At det lå centralt - men samtidige for sig selv.
Letbane i område.
Centrene tæt på.
Dejlig naturområde.

Cons:

Jeg synes ikke prisen levet op til forventningerne. Det skiller sig ikke ud fra andre hoteller - hvilke jeg nok havde en forventning om.
Personalet var dårlige til engelsk.
At man skulle betale for pool området - når billederne viser der er pool. Hvilke nok også var opreklameret på billeder end virkeligheden.

Wonderful stay - undergoing renovations
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Odaiba. The hotel is undergoing renovations but that did not detract from the services. The staff were attentive, the breakfast buffet was busy but had a wide variety of offerings, the pool and spa area were excellent. The Executive Lounge was quiet and intimate and a nice place to start or end a busy day.

バブル期の象徴
Pros:

目の前にレインボーブリッジが見え素晴らしい景色と共にベランダに出られる開放感がとても良かったです。

Cons:

施設全体が古いです。
清掃も簡易的で至る所に埃がありました。
朝食会場のトースターが壊れていてスタッフに毎朝伝えている人が見受けられました。トースターなんて精々1万円程なので早く購入して替えたら良いのにと思います。
