Pros:

Ein hervorragendes Hotel. Wir hatten eine Executive Suite mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge. Das war wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert. Von den Arbeiten ist aber nichts zu sehen und nur gaaanz selten zu hören. Das wird sehr professionell gemacht.

Change for the worse
Pros:

Under renovation and noisey food is overpriced and not a good value. pool is extra and the place is not up to Hilton standards hallways are not clean. this is a Busness trip otherwise I would ask for a refund. the location is good but that’s about it. They should just close during renovations

20-30 minutes wait for breakfast is unacceptable
Pros:

Situated outside of downtown Tokyo was not an issue as we had a driver as well as a train station nearby. The rooms are very spacious by Japanese standards as well as clean. The hotel lost a star over breakfast. The breakfast itself was good however the issue was the wait time to get into the dining area. We have never seen this in a hotel that caters to travelers and business people. Waiting to get into bkfst for 20-30 minutes is totally unacceptable. I can understand if it happened on a rare occasion however this was the case for each if the 3 days we were there.

Traumhafte Lage! Das Hotel - renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mit einer direkten Bahnanbindung und schnellem Zugang zu Shoppingmalls, Restaurants sowie wunderschönen Parks mit Kirschbäumen. Der Ausblick auf Tokyo ist ein absoluter Traum. Zudem war das Personal durchweg nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist einfach sehr schade aber das Hotel entspricht leider nicht dem was man von einem Hilton erwartet. Das gesamte Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber aber die Einrichtung wirkte alt und abgenutzt. Der größte Schock war jedoch die Organisation beim Frühstück. Die Wartezeiten sind dort scheinbar so fest eingeplant, dass man sogar ein extra „Wartezimmer“ vor dem Saal eingerichtet hat, in dem man auf die Tischzuweisung warten muss. Für Gäste, die zeitnah zu einem Flug oder Zug müssen ist das ein riesiges Problem, da man nie einschätzen kann wann man endlich frühstücken darf.
