Pros:

Very close to the Squares, museums, churches in the Centro. Great restaurant. Good value for the money.

Cons:

Room was dated. Could use new flooring. The cheap laminate is showing its wear. It is not commercial grade.

Grata experiencia. Volvería a hospedarme sin duda.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación (en el Centro de Guadalajara). Muy silencioso y privado. La habitación cómoda. Excelentes vistas desde el rooftop.

Cons:

Mejorar un poco los alimentos en el restaurante del hotel.

Wonderful regardless of tense situation.
Pros:

Everything. Great location, a few steps from main historic places. Safe and pretty area. Many cafes and restaurants around.
Room comfortable. Great A.C, water temperature and pressure. Daily service to our room, including two complementary bottles of water daily.
Mr. Rosendo, in charge of restaurant services deserves special mention for the way in which handled a national emergency that specially affected Guadalajara and its visitors.

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で安心しつつ雑談も楽しかったです。中心街からも近く。ホテルの中も綺麗なので2泊くらいすると良いと思います。

Cons:

特にありません。部屋がとても広いのですが、ややだだっ広い感じもあり、ソファ等あればより嬉しいかもしれませんね。

It was warm and wonderful despite civil/gang unrest.!
Pros:

This hotel has more character than the usual upscale tourist hotels. It is the second oldest hotel in Guadalajara, but it has been obviously significantly moddernized, probably many times. Here and there some things could use some updates, but everything we used was fantastic. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The dining area is exceptionally gorgeous, warm, with attentive staff. it seems to be often used for area business meetings. The roof top terrace is terrific. The staff is both very professional and extremely helpful. We were there during an exceptionally difficult time, and the hotel and staff were wonderful. (We, and others, had our flight delayed and the entire city was under a two day plus shelter in place order from local officials and the American embassy.) We felt especially fortunate to be at Mendoza at this time. It is especially telling that the hotel took good care of its own staff as well as it's guests.

Nos tocó estar en una situación difícil en Guadalajara.sin embargo todos los miembros del hotel se portaron muy amables. Ojalá lean esta reseña y feliciten al que creo es el capitán del restaurante, muy fina su atención y a pesar del cansancio se mostró comprensivo y flexible.
