Pleasant, stay in an excellent location
Pros:

The location was excellent, close to cathedral, shopping, and sights.
The decor was old-fashioned but charming

Unusable pool and hot tub.

An attractive pleasant space to spend time in.

Cons:

We specifically chose this hotel in order to use the pool. However the water was ice cold, clearly unheated. No one was able to swim in the spool, including other guests who we saw try to do so. The hot tub was not hot enough, and this resulted in a slippery feeling, likely due to buildup of algae. I saw maintenance workers treating this. But frankly, the heat of the water is the problem. This could actually be dangerous. The effect of the cold pool was that children and their toys used the hot tub daily, making it unsuitable for adults.

Confort, bonne situation géographique, sécuritaire
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier historique, à proximité des sites d’intérêt et de nombreux restaurants. Environnement sécuritaire et tranquille. Chambre très propre et lit confortable. Personnel accueillant et courtois.

Cons:

Peut-être ajouter un mini-frigo dans la chambre.
