Exceptional customer service! Despite an initial booking issue, Annaïsa and the front desk team handled everything with professionalism, warmth and genuine care. The personalised follow-ups to ensure I was comfortable were impressive. The airport pickup and drop-off service was outstanding.
My booking hadn’t gone through initially, but the staff handled the situation professionally and made me feel genuinely valued.
The evening buffet was absolutely amazing, featuring a wonderful variety of authentic Cameroonian dishes, including koki, egusi pudding, bobolo, meyanda and dégé. The unlimited buffet was a real highlight, offering a delicious taste of Cameroon’s rich culinary heritage.

Patrice the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, and perfectly located near restaurants, stores,... and the heart of Douala.
My room was clean, spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, with a nice views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The attention to detail and outstanding service of all staff members even security made this experience unforgettable.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
