Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. The facility is clean and there is always a staff around to help. Austin and Nina at the front desk made sure the kids and I felt at home during our stay. Definitely recommend and looking forward to my next booking.

Cons:

The opening times for their facilities should be extended to accommodate late arrival personnel.

The staff at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Dorette was one who checked me in. She's very professional and passionate. I strongly recommended the falaise Hotel and i am giving 5 stars to Dorette.

Pros:

From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and professional, the facilities were great, and the service provided throughout my stay was impeccable.

I couldn't fault a single thing. To top it all off, the location is amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

El hotel es bastante moderno y limpio, tiene traslado gratuito desde y hacia aeropuerto, incluso de noche. El personal es amable, aunque necesita más entrenamiento. El desayuno está bien, pero podría ser mejor con más variedad de quesos y frutas.

Cons:

El servicio es lento, parece que el personal no está bien entrenado. Tardaron media hora para hacer el check-in. Nos decían que las habitaciones estaban listas, pero tenían que revisarlas. Cuando finalmente entré a mi habitación, la caja de seguridad estaba cerrada. En los pasillos hacia calor y en el lobby hacían trabajos de remodelación con polvo y ruido.

Mon séjour s’est très bien déroulé et a été des plus agréables.
Pros:

L’établissement dispose d’un personnel dynamique; du point de vue de l’accueil, rien n’est à signaler. La restauration est parfaite, avec un service rapide, et toutes les gammes de plats y sont proposées. La propriété des lieux est excellente et l’ambiance y est conviviale. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne de sérieuse de passer un agréable séjour à Douala. Cet établissement recèle de véritables merveilles.
