Pleasant experience overall
Pros:

I recently stayed at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well located, comfortable, and maintained to a high standard, making it a great option for both business and leisure travel.

I would especially like to recognize Emmanuelle, who did a fantastic job throughout my stay. She was professional, welcoming, and consistently attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a noticeable difference and truly enhanced the experience.

Thank you to the team at Hotel La Falaise Bonapriso, and special thanks again to Emmanuelle for the excellent service. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

The room was clean and comfortable. It felt much like home away from home.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that my breakfast was not part of the package when completed my online booking. It was embarrassing that I had to pay for my breakfast as I checked out. I made known to the staff.

Essai d’accueil mais aucune solution concrète

Cons:

Scandaleux plus de place - après une heure de nogociatio. A 11 h du soir - on nous a imposé un appartement avec un collègue - seule alternative changer de chambre au cours du séjour
Aucune lumière dans cette chambre
L’assistante nous annonce que l’hôtel avait été réquisitionné et que notre chambre n’était plus disponible
Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain non réparée
Aucune remise meme avec insistance
Plus jamais ça - je ne comprends pas que vous conseillez encore cet hôtel
