Ein außergewöhnliches Stadthotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. The Sukhothai in Bangkok ist für mich schlichtweg das beste Hotel der Stadt. Vom ersten Moment an stimmt hier alles: Service, Ambiente, Zimmer, Gastronomie ist alles auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders beeindruckend ist der individuelle Stil des Hauses, der sich wohltuend von standardisierten Hotels abhebt. Jedes Detail wirkt durchdacht, elegant und einzigartig. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, luxuriös und zugleich herzlich.

Lovely Place to Base in Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at the Sukkothai as a kick off for a two week tour of Indochina. It was the perfect place to recover from our journey and use as a base for several days of touring Bangkok. We stayed in the "Club Balcony Suite" and it was a dream. The room had a fantastic terrace with retractable awning overlooking the pool and loads of space inside, with a huge walk-in closet and very large bath. Service in the hotel was friendly and efficient. It was my impression that staying in the newer club wing is well worth it, as it includes access to its own private lounge where you can have (an excellent) breakfast on the sixth floor overlooking the pool; this is a big plus because the main dining area serving breakfast in the hotel proper seemed pretty crowded when I passed by. Speaking of the pool - it is very large and the lounge area around it is spacious enough to ensure people can spread out even when busy. We also frequented the very attractive newish spa for several great massages. We had the opportunity to stay at the Capella at the end of our trip and I was far more impressed with the Sukhothai despite the Capella being newer. The Sukhothai felt like much more of a classic luxury hotel - the service was more professional and personal and the property was more spacious throughout and overall it seemed to me to be a much better value proposition.

Real good Thai massage

This place is beautiful. Tangmo got me an amazing Thai massage for 90 mins. It was very comfortable, accurate and elegant. I want this every day.

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is truly a luxury hotel.
The pool is great, the gardens are beautiful and the spa is wonderful (our couple treatment was given by Ms. Milk and Ms. Tangmo who are incredibly good)

Nice and well maintenance
Pros:

I had a personal boxing class with Khun Ole. Boxing is basically cardio so during a break, he added weight training so you can have both at the same time!

The gym is nice and there are facilities to enjoy after the session like sauna, steam room and hot onsen. I came here day time on weekday. Not crowded at all.

Would love to come back here!

Wonderful Birthday Experience
Pros:

This hotel truly feels like a home away from home with a touch of quiet luxury that made our birthday celebration as a couple very special. We chose the chocolate buffet, and it was a beautiful experience to share together.

The restaurant staff were gracious, attentive and thoughtful, surprising us with a lovely birthday cake that made the moment feel personal and meaningful.
Big thanks to K. Am, K. Nadia, and K. Nong for arranging everything so nicely—we truly appreciate it.

The food was delicious and we truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality throughout our visit.

We would definitely come back again .
