The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was 100% and the staff were so attentive and kind.
Pros:

Everything - I stayed for 5 nights and could not complain about anything. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like!

心からくつろげるホテル
Pros:

都会の中でリゾートホテルにいるかのように過ごせた事。低層でお庭も素敵です。スタッフも皆親切で、リラックス出来ました。五連泊でしたので滞在中、セラドンで夕食、またスパ&マッサージも利用しましたが、それらもexcellent！朝食も毎日楽しみでした。

Cons:

駅まで少し距離がある事（歩けないことはないですが）。でも駅までの道に屋根があるので日差しが遮られ、それは有り難かったです。

very nice and chill hotel with beatiful yard and vibe, love the pool and the lovely Italian restaurant, good location close to center and the park

traffic out side is not that smooth, breakfast sits are bit far.
