Cons:

Shower tub and was extremely difficult to get in and out of. Hadn’t noticed till the AM. Also got stuck in the elevator ! No one answered the alarm, thank God for family! A family member went downstairs to get the concierge and staff and finally pride open the door. We were stuck for 10+ minutes. No compensation was given just us and I’m sorry.

Opulent river view stay
Pros:

An Opulant establishment on the river. Grand entrance, stunning eateries, pool, gym, sauna.
Lush rooms with amazing views on the riverside
Beautiful photo opportunities day and especially at night with the Bridges and city lit up.
Concierge on arrival to take your bags if you are parking down stairs. Otherwise you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Room service available.
We ate at LaBoca down stairs outside by the river. We will come again and stay.more nights.
A short drive to the HWY. 25 minutes from Brisbane airport.
Coffee making facilities.
Bathroom was luxurious, separate bath tub and shower. Small TV to watch when bathing if you like.
Welcoming and helpful staff.

First Class stay
Pros:

Clean, spacious hotel in a great location and first class breakfast. Concierage, Reception and Cleaners all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely consider staying again next time we come to Brisbane.

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Location is great. Walking distance to CBD, river walk & botanical gardens

Cons:

Had a minor issue with curtains which were being cleaned. Bed was in the middle of the room when we arrived.
Would have liked more than 2 towels so an extra towel could have been used after hair washing. Would have expected that with a major hotel chain.
