Overall great stay
Pros:

Loved the buffet breakfast, large bath to soak in the room. The view was amazing .. overall it was a really good experience

Cons:

A tiny cockroach in the mini bar draw, told reception at checkout, thanked us for letting them know.

If the price was right I would be happy to stay here again. Maybe arrive a little earlier to ensure my upgraded car park
Pros:

Location was good and easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although the room was a little dated, it was clean and comfortable. The river views were terrific. The bed was comfy and the pillows were amazing.

Cons:

The whole time from arriving to leaving there was the same room service plates, glasses and cutlery left in the hallway. It’s no biggie but it did look a bit unprofessional and untidy.
The room included parking at the hotel but when we arrived at 4pm it was full. We had to drive around the block to park in another parking complex. The hotel validated the parking ticket but still, if it had been raining you would be pretty peeved. Especially when you pay extra to park where you are staying.
