Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Lobby and entrance is quite grand. Beds are comfy. Pool was lovely. Nice and close to the river. A nice half hour walk through the botanical gardens and across the bridge to South Bank.

Cons:

Bathrooms seemed a little tired or dated. Shower temp didn’t stay consistent. Bath took a long time to fill. From looking out the room windows, outside could do with a bit a a cleanup/waterblast. Quite pricey for what you get.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, good location with river and city views. Plenty of nice walks and good proximity to the shops. Buffet breakfast offered a range to meet our tastes.

Cons:

There are no hand rails for the external stairs. The staff advised that the building was built prior to handrails being a regulatory requirement. While there may be not be a requirement, the safety need is not extinguished. The guest with a walker had to use the drive way. The brick paved ramp between the buildings to the street is lumpy and uneven.

A very comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Our room had an exceptional view and was very comfortable. We had all the facilities we needed.

Cons:

The meal we had in the restaurant. Tasteless prawns, ceasar salad with warm ingredients wilting the lettuce. It was a disaster. The 15% discount given was an insult.

I liked how all the counter staff greeted us every time we walked past the desk, this made us feel very welcome

The view of the Brisbane river from our room was lovely, we turned the chairs around to look out the window over the river

Cons:

It is only a small inconvenience, on the Saturday when we arrived the place was packed , and we had no onsite parking . However we were re directed to offsite parking and it was a short walk. As we were able bodied it wasn’t an issue for us , I don’t know how someone with ability issues would handle it

Pros:

De ligging, ruim hotel, ruime kamers, ruim zwembad,…Alles zeer proper. Prachtig uitzicht over de rivier. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

De ochtend dat de toekwamen, onze kamer was nog niet klaar (dat kan ik begrijpen). Maar we moesten betalen om ne koffie te kunnen drinken, terwijl het ontbijtbuffet nog open was. Er werd ook geen mogelijkheid aangeboden om ons even op te frissen.
