I will stay there again for sure.
Pros:

Location and the ease of double-sided entrance/exit make it easier to walk around. The place looks like it going to be pretty styling, unfortunately they were doing renos when I stayed, but i will be back.

we only had one night available within our travel plans, and the stay was excellent

Your sraff were excellent, especially the staff in the dining room.

Obsolutely the best scrambled aggs oin the world. We ahev been here before and have looked forward to the eggs for 12 mths. They did not disappoint

Cons:

There were huge building works taking place on the Hilton Hotel. Drilling and Banging started at 7am each morning.
I requested close / adjacent rooms for 2 ladies, one of whom is nearly 70 years of age and the assigned rooms were at the opposite end of the floor.
It was so noisy in one room, she had to ask to be moved.

Pros:

Location was good. Staff friendly. Nice pool.

Cons:

Booking.Com has building renovation completion in May on the booking. We attended end of June and the building is still being renovated.
If we knew this I would not have booked this hotel. I will not be recommending booking.com again. This is critical information when booking an expensive hotel.

Cons:

Shower pressure was too light. Car park to room was not via single lift.

Good location but a bit tired as a building
Pros:

Good location & rooms were comfortable but looked a bit tired like the rest of the hotel that was going under Reno. We got an upgrade which was lovely!

Cons:

What was annoying was the room pass expired before checkout so I was in a queue at reception to get my pass reissued

Pros:

Loved the staff here — so friendly and helpful. Facilities are nice and you can’t beat the location. Heads up: we stayed over Territory Day and it got noisy late at night when people returned to the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault, just something to know.
