The staff were amazing. The location was close to everything and easy to navigate the city. The pool the area was really nice.
The water pressure in the shower was pretty average, anyone with a lot of hair would have found it hard to wash the hair.
Good location
Booked a room on high floor.
Our party checked in and checked into low floor rooms yet took the high floor payment until it was raised with them. Dishonest.
Reno going on.
Breakfast is average.
The manager is outstanding

Erica and Todd were amazing so friendly and supportive they made us feel home thank you so much
The variety of food for the breakfast is repeated everyday
Friendly Staff , nice bedroom.
The whole building was covered in scaffolding with builders and machinery all round, creating noise as the external of the building was being refurbished.
Construction noise woke me before 7am everyday…despite management upon check-in assuring me it wouldn’t until after 8 or 9am. A free drink on the house doesn’t compensate for lack of sleep!
Water pressure inadequate in shower…was offered a room move only after I complained & was unpacked!
Couldn’t use pool as being painted and full of tradesmen.
Everything about this hotel is excellent. The Thai Beef Salad was great.
Location, friendly staff, fabulous pool & excellent breakfast.
It was a little noisy in the morning from the early start of the tradesmen doing renovations.
Excellent buffet breakfast and underground parking
Some rooms are a long way from the lift entry and exit
Nothing
Resort was under construction and there was no communication about this when booking. Staff couldn't find my reservation and took 25 mins to work out that they had put me up in another hotel, which was a hotel I did not want to stay at.
Great location
Terrible shower, placed is very aged.
Big room, clean, walking distance to bars and restaurants.
The construction noise on a Sunday morning
Early ish check in, and a very happy chappy behind the desk got the ball rolling and got us in early. Complimentary biscuit on check in that was rather tasty. It was something of a maze getting to room in a corridor only filled by even numbers (mine was odd) I walked it twice before releasing there was a corner that led to odds. An older hotel that has had some decent refurbishment and currently having more. The room large, comp water x 2 and the standard hotel tea and coffee. Bed comfy and loved the longer Pillows. Bathroom modernised and had a reassuring scent of bleach. Air con great and zero view intact looked at unsavoury flats. Didnt use any facilities. All staff encountered lovely, couldn't figure out wifi and appeared you had to pay. Quite from outdoors but some corridor noise- didnt loose sleep. Great locale and we walked to the Waterfront and recommend Chow!
Would stay again- and lots of parking under ground.
