Breakfast and dinners at the restaurant were very good.
Noise from the outside renovations. Knew there were ongoing renovations but didn’t expect the level of noise.
Room was nice good view of the pool, Bathroom was very well presented, the auto light under the sink basin was a nice touch. Complimentary cookies on arrival is quite welcoming.
Fridge was a bit small considering the room features other than that nothing really.

Kamer 423 was erg ver lopen met tassen. Gangen zijn te smal en er is geen lift in die vleugel. Zelf maar een trolley gepakt in de hal

Extended building works caused a lot of noise. They were supposed to have finished in April and are ongoing.

Location is great, pool area is good for a lounge in the afternoon. Staff were lovely.
Property is currently undergoing extensive renovations which isn’t clearly communicated when booking. Construction noise throughout the day so not ideal if you’re planning on sleeping in or staying in your room during the day. Rooms are dated as are facilities. Room cleaning also happens quite late in the day.
The room suite was amazing
The food in the restaurant wasn't the best, I feel they need a new chef. Hope I'm not overstepping the mark by saying this
Everything really, could not fault
Todd at the front desk is great and staying here has been such a great experience. The service is great, the accommodations are great, and the hotel as a whole is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.
The room was excellent and spacious. Pool was great and pool area was very nice and relaxing. I like the verandah area overlooking the pool where you could eat and relax, very nice in the evenings. I could park my hire car and have access to the hotel which I also like when traveling. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Todd who was very helpful. It was a really nice walk down to the waterfront precinct.
The front renovations were a bit inconvenient during our stay. But they won't be going on forever,

breakfast over priced, Dinner was ordinary to say the least. Steak overcooked and Thai dressing was underwhelming.

Not a 4 star hotel in its present state. Undergoing major renovations which we were not told about when booking. Not value for money.

L'hôtel est en travaux. Nous arrivions pour trouver un bon lit et une bonne nuit avant notre départ chez nous après 6 semaines en van. Du bruit très tôt.
