All is well! You get what you paid for. It was perfect for what we paid for.
Shower could be cleaner-looked like dark stains were around the edges.
Location
The bathroom smelled like mildew, damp rags. I was charged twice on my card and the front desk didn’t seem to know how to take care of this issue.
Some good services around
Rooms are very normal and old
Breakfast included
Great service and friendly.

Everything honestly the staff are amazing
Expensive but great breakfast options
Very incompetent service here. The hotel completely messed up the charges on our bookings. I tried to get hold of the Manger (Sal) to rectify the situation, but he didn't answer my many calls or emails. I have not come across such bad admin in a long time at a hotel. No offer to compensate the time wasted to sort it all out.
Breakfast area seemed new, super clean, bright and well organized. Plenty of seating, with a good amount of people hitting the breakfast bar at the same time I was. Good selection of items, including greek yogurt and fresh fruit ( really good orange!)
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing I would change is the parking area, which shares space with Red Lobster's patrons. I felt like once the restaurant was closed and patrons gone, my car might be left "out in the open", which I didn't really like. I suggest separating the hotel's parking architecturally/visually so it feels more like private hotel parking, without general public access.
Nice experience and very convenient location! I’ll be back in October.
Great customer service and very nice attendants. Very polite and courteous.
Yusra was amazing I love the Custer service she provided and my stay was spectacular 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I've stayed her a few times. Located off a very busy road and depending which direction you're coming from you may have to take a roundabout way to get to it. Shares a large free parking lot with Red Lobster. Area overall seems safe.
Exterior has an industrial appearance and could use some TLC. Common areas inside are much nicer. There was a scent of fresh paint in the hallways but not unpleasant. Check-in straightforward. One elevator for three large floors but I had no long waits.
Room with a very plain spartan appearance but functional and clean. Bed comfortable. Poor water pressure. Wifi OK, I got about 10 Mbps. No coffee maker in the room though they did have an automatic coffee maker near the lobby. Breakfast better than average for hotels in this price range.
Overall a good value but nothing fancy.
