So amazing! I had a great time, it was wonderful. I went for a speech tournament! Yusra was so sweet, and over all was a great stay!

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No maid service at all. All hot foods on the breakfast were empty over an hour before closing. TV only works on certain channels.

Hotel very strict and very outdated

The first thing is as I tried to cancel and they told me I couldn’t cancel, but they would try their best to accommodate me. They told me I could check in earlier, but when I arrived, they told me that I could only check in at three, which is not what they told me over the phone. The people are extremely rude. The hotel is extremely outdated. My soap in my room is expired. It was supposed to be from 2013 and it only was good for 13 months they make you pay a bunch of ridiculous fees. The only good part about this trip was the breakfast. And this really sweet lady named Cecilia she was very kind and greeted everyone that came in
