angenehmes Hotel ohne Schnickschnack in sehr guter Lage und gutem Preis/LeistungsVerhältnisis

Sehr ruhige Lage fußläufig von Hauptbahnhof und Außenalster

Cons:

Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag war mit Mietkosten für Schrank verbunden
Croissants waren übereinandetgestapelt und leider völlig weich

Leider nur "ganz okay".
Pros:

Frühstück war nicht günstig, aber tolle Auswahl, wirklich für jeden was dabei und wurde auch immer zügig nachgefüllt. Personal beim Frühstück sehr nett.
Lage direkt an der Außenalster schön und nah beim Bahnhof praktisch.

Cons:

Personal (die Frauen) sehr nett, leider nicht immer kompetent, die Herren eher schnippisch.
Straße vor dem Hotel sehr laut! Nur bei geschlossenem Fenster okay. Ausstattung mit offenem, sehr verbauten Schrank nicht komfortabel.
Kein dünner Vorhang im Zimmer, daher, entweder komplett verdunkelt oder sehr einsichtig.
Wassertemperatur in der Dusche extrem schwankend.

Très bon séjour pour une étape
Pros:

Le cadre est sympa. L'hôtel et bien situé et près du centre. Les chambres sont assez grandes et propres

Cons:

Ce serait sympa de connaitre le prix du parking avant d'y arriver. Je trouve un peu cher. Mais il est pratique

Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Ich konnte sogar schon früher ins Zimmer und die Klimaanlage war super einzustellen. Lage direkt gegenüber dem Atlantic Hotel. Kurze Wege in die City. Bequemes Bett 🥰

Cons:

Bisschen laut wegen der Züge aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ok.

Hamburg und das Ibis Hamburg ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Hotel gut erreichbar, zentral. Nettes Personal. Sauber und zweckdienlich.

Cons:

Enge Duschkabine. Eine Hotelbar wäre toll gewesen (gab es früher glaube ich dort).

Pros:

Sehr leckerers Buffet, sehr sehr liebe Mitarbeiter°innen. Sehr zu empfehlen das ganze Hotel, sehr modern und autentisch eingerichtet, TOP!!! :-)
Trotz aller Kritik von Urlaubern, weil der Fahrstuhl defekt war, ist das Personal höflich geblieben.

Cons:

Leider war der Fahrstuhl im Haus 16, wo wir unser Zimmer hatten (5. Stock) seit gestern Morgen defekt. Das Personal kann da nichts für, aber der 5. Stock mit schwerem Koffer die Treppe rauf oder runter sehr schwer.
