Das Frühstücksbufett hatte für jeden etwas dabei und die Auswahl war groß. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach jedem Gast wurden die Tische geputzt.

Zimmer: praktisch, gemütlich
Lage: zentral, gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden; 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof; zwischen Alstersee, Altstadt und Hauptbahnhof - perfekt
Frühstück: das Buffet war sehr gut bestückt und bot alles, was das Herz begehrt

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

Lage des Hotels ist gut, Bahnhof und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen, Hotel liegt in ruhiger Straße.

Cons:

Leider wurde die Tiefgarage renoviert, muss ja auch mal sein, Parkplatzsuche in der Gegend schwierig, hat aber doch geklappt.

I would like to report that there was no hot water in the shower this morning. Furthermore, rooms on the railway side are so noisy that it is very difficult to sleep.
