We have stayed here in the past and loved it. I’m not sure we will be staying again.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and love the location and breakfast. Staff is very nice!

Cons:

Location is getting run down and has a funny smell in the lobby , hall ways were very hot, beds not comfortable bedding not clean, not enough towels and shampoo in the rooms. No extra pillows or sheets for pull out sofa. Pull out mattress warn and dirty. Springs coming through

Relatively close to MetLife.

Cons:

Ac was non functioning, hallways were extremely humid, smelled like mold from the 2nd floor and up. One of the doors on the second floor was kicked in and never repaired. Extremely out of date. When we checked out we weren’t even offered “breakfast” despite it being included. Never would stay here again.

Hotel is self serving understaff
Pros:

Secaucus location. Front desk was not very informative as to where to park and where bedroom was or when breakfast was to be served. Bed comforter was worn out. Only one soap. No tooth paste and breakfast was fridge frozen food and self serve .

Meh, ok if you’re in a pinch, but definitely not a place I’d go to again if I had other options.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fine. Passed the “insect” test.

Cons:

The cleanliness wasn’t perfect; the bathroom needed to be swept more carefully. The third bed was actually a pull-out couch with a stained mattress and no bedding. I had to go to the front desk and carry up my own bedding for the couch. I also had to retrieve spare toiletries from the front desk. Other places bring these items to you. The AC in the main bedroom was so loud it was like a Mack truck was running next to the bed! Water pressure in the sink and toilet was very low!

Pros:

Desayuno normal. Buena ubicacion y atencion. Habitacion grande y espaciosa.

Cons:

La bañadera no estaba en buenas condiciones y el aire acondicionado estaba a la altura de la cama, no se podia regular y el aire pegaba de lleno en donde uno dormia.
