Wouldn’t recommend to stay at the location

My first night was terrible. The AC wasn’t working at all at my room and the staff couldn’t do it nothing about it until next day. They couldn’t even switch my family to another room.
The breakfast staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional. At 9:45am they shut off the lights of the cafeteria space basically forcing everyone to leave. Very bad experience

El hotel tiene buena ubicacion, fue lo unico que nos gusto

El hotel tiene todo muy antiguo el sofa cama gastado y manchado, el AC con un ruido insoportable pedi que me cambiaran de habitación pero era lo mismo, no descanse ni una noche de 5 que duramos, al otro dia de llegar pensamos en cancelar, pero, pagamos el hotel con desayuno y nunca desayunamos, el ultimo dia fuimos a desayunar a las 9:45am, y ya estaban limpiando cuando el horario es hasta las 10am y nos dicen de mala forma ya no hay huevos, y habian otras personas preguntando por los huevos y la respuesta era lo mimo, tienen un pesimo servicio, nunca habia estado en un hotel asi, no vuelvo. Ni lo recomiendo, ni fotos nos tomamos

Breakfast was great! Shopping plaza and restaurants very close. Took the train to NYC and less then 10 minutes to American Dream. Room also had a great view of NYC.
