Pros:

The staff were all super nice and helpful

Cons:

The pool was broken and there was only bagged breakfast not Continental as stated when I booked. We had a hard time getting into our room and had to go down and get different keys multiple times and had to have maintenance come up once to help us

L'emplacement est super un bus devant l'hôtel qui mène a New york pour 4 dollars 95 par adulte franchement top pleins de magasin autour , par contre on a pas eu la chance de profiter de la piscine elle était vide et le petit déjeuner c'était fermer pour maintenance et ils nous ont donnée un sachet avec un jus un muffin et un yaourt et deux clémentine je trouve pas ça normal alors qu'on a payer pour un buffet petit dej et la piscine .

It was a convenient stay to our destination but would not return.
Pros:

The staff that worked there were the best part of the stay and the location to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The toilet was broken but maintenance had come and fixed it right away. The fact that it wasn’t listed that the pool was working and that breakfast was a grab and go pre bagged. They did not provide utensils.

It was good and bad at the same time
Pros:

That the property was near American dream that was perfect and it had a couple of good restaurants that we could walk to around the corner that was great

Cons:

That the property gave false advertisement they said breakfast is included, but that’s not true. It was breakfast in a bag and the pool was broke and they didn’t care when I asked will the pool be fixed before I check out? He was like I don’t know. I thought that was pretty rude. When I asked about the breakfast he was like we don’t do it anymore and that’s it so I said well that’s false advertisement but he said I’m sorry you felt that way.

In addition to the room being dirty, the sofa bed had dirt on the mattress and no sheets.
The location is excellent, as is the nightly rate.
Oh, and the breakfast was a disappointment—specifically the lack of coffee. There was only orange juice.

Facility is rundown, needs a major renovation. Paid extra for continental breakfast, but the breakfast area is closed off for the next few months, was given a muffin and a banana at the front desk.

The pool was not working nor workout room, room keys didn't work had to keep replacing them numerous times, beds very uncomfortable pillows were horrible, sofa was stained with white stuff, you felt like your bathtub floor was gonna cave in, refrigerator didn't work, air conditioner didn't work, windows opened without any screens or bars protecting anything on the 8th floor VERY UNSAFE especially with children, informed hot breakfast and we got a lunch bag with only a muffin, juice, 3 oz yogurt and clementines! This stay was absolutely awful and I would not recommend it to anyone!
