Não me hospedaria novamente.
Pros:

Funcionários maravilhosos, localização muito boa, preço ótimo.

Cons:

O hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenção, as fotos não retratam o real estado das instalações, academia e piscina abandonadas, nada funciona, tudo muito velho. Não tenho o hábito de me hospedar em hotel, prefiro apartamentos, escolhi esse hotel somente por causa da academia e não pudemos usufruir.

La ubicación es muy buena, la parada de bus está justo enfrente del Hotel.

Excelente custo benefício!!
Pros:

O café da manhã é bem servido, possui opções de proteína, cereais e carboidrato, além de cafés e chás a vontade durante todo o dia. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, a limpeza é bem feita e os funcionários foram muito solícitos e atenciosos quando necessário (liberaram meu checkin 3h antes e isso foi ótimo).
No hotel você encontra bebedouros de máquina de gelo de graça para uso dos hóspedes.
O ponto final do ônibus 320 fica em frente ao hotel, o que é ótimo. Em 25min você chega ao Port Autority Therminal que fica na 42st em Manhattan, ao lado da Times Square. Ônibus super confortáveis e com ar condicionado!

Cons:

O café apresenta pouca variedade e não é tão saboroso. Todos os dias são servidas as mesmas coisas, então a chance de você enjoar é grande.

Extremely overpriced for the quality of room.
Pros:

Upon arrival; the parking lot is in EXTREMELY bad condition. Almost popped a tire while driving through due to all the pot holes. While checking in. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 employees to figure out the customer in-front of me. Room was decent, but the bathroom was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bathtub. Only 1 shower curtain and no liner, which caused the bathroom floor to become soaked. Only soap in the bathroom was a travel size bottle of body lotion. Convenient location if you are visiting for something at MetLife. But rooms are extremely overpriced based off my experience.

Althogh Booking.com didn't relay all pertinent info, the staff made it right. I'll be back.
Pros:

Breakfast, room, access to buses, possibly for next time if bus routes are available. I liked the quick check-in and out. The staff were helpful and inviting to speak with.

Cons:

We booked a room with a roll-in shower (wheelchair accessible), but on check-in, the front desk had no info on that. But the front desk did get us a separate single bed room with a roll-in shower on a different floor, which worked out better as the sightseeing took its toll on my spinal cord-injured granddaughter and she got better rest for the next day.
One of the two elevators was broken
