Pleasant and comfortable stay (bad communication)
Pros:

Having two rooms with an attached bathroom for a husband, wife, child, and grandpa was an amazing find. The apartment was spacious, clean, and everything was perfectly in place. Having a fully loaded kitchen with a stove, microwave, and a full-size fridge was a pleasant surprise. It was also within walking distance of several restaurants and conveniently located next to a gas station and a freeway exit. Breakfast was decent and average.

Cons:

1. No one picked up the phone at night. I called a night before to get info... no answer... when trying to find the main office I called again in the evening around 6pm and no one picks up... when I asked the guy, why doesn't he pick up. He said we are short staffed... even thought I just saw him sitting and browsing his cell phone when I arrived.

2. I was also not informed by the night staff that parking would be charged. When I asked about the $100 deposit, I was told it would be fully refunded. The next day at checkout, I was surprised to learn that $10 would be deducted for parking.

Great hotel, would book again!
Pros:

Great location! There are restaurants and shopping stores nearby. Location was quiet and clean.

Cons:

It was a little difficult getting into our room. We really needed to push down hard to get the door open. Maybe just few new locks to replace the old ones would help fix that, otherwise that’s all.

We loved it and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place.
Pros:

The facilities and location of the hotel which is near restaurants and shopping center. The staff at the reception are fantastic and very courteous. The beds are clean and comfortable and above all, the place makes you feel at home.

Cons:

During busy times, the time for breakfast can be extended to 9 or 9:30. At Christmas breakfast, we felt rushed. The breakfast at Christmas can be explored to make it more festive. But all in all this is comment is not meant to be a negative one, but a suggestion.

Will never stay or recommend to anyone
Cons:

We asked for early check in. Not only did we not get that, we weren't allowed check in until 1 hour after normal 4pm check in. Both rooms were disgusting. We had to go buy cleaner and clean the bathrooms, ask the maid to come vacuum. Reserved a crib and the first one was moldy. The 2nd we had to clean and disinfectant. Sheets on beds were stained. If we asked for anything it was an inconvenience to them. Pool was dirty and we were told by staff they only cleaned once a week. Loud hotel, above us and next door and no one seemed to care that we were being woken up at all hours including our small children.
