I liked the bathroom doors and the bed was super comfy. And our Saturday dinner cruise was amazing.
Tried the reatraunt for dinner Friday night. Worse dining experience my husband and I have ever had!!! From the dirtiness, to the service, to the food....absolutely horrible and there isnt enough room here to express just how horrible it was. Experience was expressed to staff. A young door man suggested Hells Kitchen (this was our best interaction with the staff ). The front desk personnel told my husband, "they'd talked to them" Sunday morning, after my husband went down to see if he could get something for breakfast from the Starbucks kios and she suggest the breakfast option. We decided to doordash Mcdonald for breakfast. It didn't show up, then I'm notified it was delivered. Call down and the same lady who.spoke to.my husband earlier wouldn't allow it to be delivered, to the room for security purposes, which would of been fine with us if she would of called us, but it had been down there for several minutes before i called down... The air-conditioning couldn't keep the room cool, maybe because the bathrooms have no exhaust vents. So the heat from the shower creates extra humidity in the room. The pictures provided on the site, that was to represent my room, looked nothing like what we got. My husband and I just wanted to have a nice relaxing weekend to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday.

They lost their hot water and pressure on my second day and we had to take cold showers for 3 days. It was disappointing and unfortunate.
I've stayed at this hotel the last 4 years annually and it has really gone down hill. My room had a musty smell, the phone nor TV worked in the room upon arrival. I called the front desk and was able to get the TV fixed by maintenance. The tub was peeling and appeared dirty. I went to buy a tub mat as I didn't even want to step in the tub with bare feet. In addition, the elevators are extremely slow.

Water damage in bathroom, shower shelf coming apart from wall. Not enough linens provided. There should not be a charge for breakfast buffet. Comfort inn and cheaper hotels have better continental breakfast for free that is better.

Their combination of professionalism, great personalities, and sincere hospitality truly stood out. They are wonderful ambassadors for the Marriott brand and a big reason we would happily return.
