Pros:

The breakfast that was purchased when I booked the room.

Cons:

My bed was lumpy, parking service was bad after I paid for a valet parking, it took to long to retrieve my car. I called to try and get an early check in and the lady said my booking number and my name was listed for a reservation. I had to call booking com and they were able to get them to pull up reservation and get them to allow my early check in. Go figure.

Great central location in the heart of downtown with plenty of amenities
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. Many options of lighting
The bed was comfortable enough to a get a good night's rest. The cleanliness was great. The view was pretty cool to see the ships from the window but a little obstructed.

Cons:

Parking wasn't included, that was my fault for not checking prior. There are two options for parking garages. We used the Waterside St garage and had to pay daily rates. It was a little confusing getting to and from the garage to the correct floor. The garage elevator didnt work. Not the hotel's responsibility.

Pros:

Location was wonderful! Close to cruise portin the heart of downtown. Lots of interesting restaurants within walking distance. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Only minor glitch was that there is no bell service and the valet service was very slow.

Pros:

Checked into the hotel Customer Service was beyond Excellent from a young lady name Airianna just genuine true customer service she was so pleasant and professional it made my stay to be just wonderful polite answered all questions it’s just a blessing to come to another city and be treated like your so special. Not sure who else I can reach out to for the Marriott to know what a beautiful person you have on your staff you need more employees like Airianna. Please know she was AWESOME!!!!!

Awesome Valet experience!!
Pros:

Mariott waterside was awesome!!! The valet process was smooth and team members Cory, Kaitlyn and David were courteous and attentive to our valet needs. My wife and I will be staying again soon!
