We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views from our private balcony, and it is a quick, easy trip to the boardwalk. Our room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and we loved having the convenience of the kitchenette. The staff (A+) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. We really enjoyed the pool areas and grabbed a great meal on-site at Marlin Moon. We will definitely be back!

Nice Oceanfront room, beautiful view. Everything was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating.
Need more packs of coffee in the room. Leave 2 extra bed pillows in the closet. High-top and 2 tall chairs on the balcony. These are suggestions, there wasnt anything that we didn't like.

From the beginning of a stay....Guests shouldn't have to be worried about notifying restaurant staff that the breakfast is included...the system should already be prepared by room number and prior reservation arrangements.
Ice and vending machines...very floor needs that...on this day and age... it's basic. There were only 2 Ice machines on the entire 8 floors of this hotel ...till now I never knew on which floor was the closest to my room.
Parking....parking charges should be advised at the beginning of the stay ... it's never mentioned and at the end of the stay is surprising 😮 🙄 😒 especially if an stay is a week long.. Thanks for your attention...BC.
I loved it super clean and nice people
Nothing I didn’t like
This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.
Our room wasn’t ready at the advertised check-in time, and we weren’t able to check in until almost 5:30 PM. There were at least 10 other guests waiting in the lobby for their rooms as well.
When we finally got into our room, it was dirty, and we even found roaches. The market also wasn’t open most mornings, which was frustrating since we were counting on being able to grab coffee before heading out.
To top it off, when we checked out around 3:30 AM, the front desk agent was asleep on the couch. We had to wake him up to check out. He was rude, looked in the computer, and said he didn’t know why our charges weren’t showing. He told us he would email our receipt, but we never received it.
We’ve disputed the charge with our credit card company because this experience was completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
