Extreme rip off hotel
Pros:

The staff was nice, but couldn’t really offer any solutions to all of the problems at this hotel.

Cons:

There were ants in the room, bathroom was dirty, barely any toilet paper, AC didn’t work well, mini-fridge didn’t work, one of the elevators was down all weekend, the price of parking is ridiculous, and the overall quality for how much they’re charging is crazy. Do not book here

Bed was comfy and the pool was nice.

Cons:

I had to pay $33 for parking each night when I already had paid for the room. The room was cramped and the balcony was the view of the parking lot which was not pleasant.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible!!
Pros:

Good location. Some staff tried to be helpful.

Cons:

Our stay was terrible. The door lock was broken. The room keys never worked. We got new ones five times and ended up having to be let into our room, every time we needed to get in. Constant back and forth between our room on the 4th floor and the front desk! Same thing goes for the parking garage gate/arm. We had to call every time to be let in or out to park our vehicle. Our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which I am allergic to, despite being a non-smoking room. The beds were squeaky and mattresses were sunk in from being too old. The whole stay was very inconvenient and wasted SO much of our time, always waiting around to get help and in trying to get in and out of the room and property! They did not switch our room or offer an upgrade for the trouble. They said they would remove the parking fees, then only took the parking off of one day instead of two. We will never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I would come back to this double tree location. It would be my last choice for the area.

Cons:

Bad parking. Hard bed. Broken elevator in parking area. HVAC installation the room needs to be updated didn’t keep the room cool good enough for me not to sweat while sleeping.

Pros:

Gross room. I stayed in room 808. Worn out duty carpet. Shower wouldn’t drain I kept needing to shut it off so it wouldn’t overflow. Couch filthy, missing pictures on the wall. I wouldn’t stay here again. Showed the counter folks pics and asked for a discount. They did not accommodate my request.
