We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and excellent mood is created. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!
Check in was efficient and staff welcoming.
Loved all the art in the corridors which were clean and smelt fresh.
The rooms are dated and used but offer a comfortable stay.
Bed was large and comfortable and two duvets. Pillows are small but there were two.
Extra blankets provided.
Two radiators with thermostats in the room, temperature was comfortable.
Coffee and tea provided.
Shower had good water pressure and was warm. Towels could do with being larger but worked. Hand towels small.
Like most hotels you can hear neighbours using facilities but overall it was quiet.
Breakfast at the weekend was 8-11 and had lovely fresh food available with plenty of choice. We attended parkrun which is under a mile from the hotel and were back in time for breakfast with other parkrunners. We arrived at 10:30ish and there was plenty of breakfast left.
This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to parkrun and into the old town.
We used the 3G bus from the airport which is quick and cheap.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
Good value hotel in central Vilnius. Breakfast good except last day when there was insufficient spaces for a large number of guests which made getting a table practically impossible
I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights with family, we visited Vilnius for a family wedding. The hotel is in walking distance to the fantastic old city town centre, approx. 15mins for the fitter 20 for the no so fit. The city is a friendly vibrant place to visit whether a weekend break or longer, very clean and well looked after. The hotel was picked for the location which worked well, for a 3 star you get what you pay for, rooms were cleaned daily, towels replaced bins emptied you could ask for nothing more. Staff very friendly, breakfast was included and covered every ones taste. Over bath showers were our only issue but we got by, a bit of TLC required on tiles.
Great location and space in the hotel
Buffet breakfast was awesome too.
I enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The location is very comfortable- in a walking distance from all sights and the station ( if 25 minutes walk is okay with you). Breakfast was good and sufficient. The staff was polite and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the sound of the vacuum cleaners that sounded like a starting rocket. 🙂
Stayed in a single room on the 5th floor. Even with the fan, I was sweating in the room and had trouble sleeping. It wasn’t even that hot outside. Stayed 2 nights, breakfast is decent and it’s not too far of a walk into the old town.
Very good-value hotel
Just a ten minute walk to bus stops.
If you plump for the top floor,[five] bear in mind the lift only goes as high as the fourth
Beautifully clean bathroom but my room had tea/coffee sashays but no kettle! Never mind cold coffee instead! Also the hot water does take a long time to go through i found. Also watch out for the early breakfast restaurant coach party .I would come back an hour later if you don't like being jostled!
Quiet location, excellent breakfast.
Breakfast was leaps and bounds past any hotel that I've been to. Awesome on that. The room was small but sufficient and i kinda liked it that way. I'm unaccustomed to not being able to control room temp. Not a biggie bc it was change of seasons. I booked partly for the airport shuttle that turned out to not be free. It seemed far from everything else interesting. If i had transportation, it would have been the perfect spot.
A well located hotel just outside the old town and walkable within 30 minutes. Lots of bars and eating places nearby. The airport bus only costs €1 and takes you near the hotel. The reception staff were grest bug some of the serving staff at breakfast were a little unfriendly!
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty on offer. The only downside was the lack of hot water for the first two days due to a district heating issue.
Good overall
I was staying in that hotel for four days weekend.
It was pretty clean, the room was also big enough.
I think it has a lot rooms for quests because it seems very vast.
For breakfast, there is a big choice of various food and even it is possible to taste some Lithuanian dishes (chews, crepes with cheese).
The hotel is located in the new part of Vilnius, but not so far from the Old Town (about 30 minutes walking distance by foot).
With the 3g bus line, the airport is located about 25 minutes of the drive.
During my stay there was an issue with hot water - it was brown / red. I had to wait couple of minutes in order to get the water clean.
I stayed here 1 night as part of a tour. The hotel is like a jigsaw puzzle, there are rooms going in all directions and elevators in a few spots. Can be confusing. When I went to my room, 408, I had no towels, so when I went down for dinner, I mentioned to the young lady at the desk I had no towels, She assured me in 20 I would have them. I said I'm going for dinner, so no rush, I'll be back in and hour and a half. When I went back to the room, there were no towels, so I called 0300 for the desk. I rang 27 times, I called back, it rang 15 times. I went to the desk and there she was sitting doing nothing. I asked what number should I call for the desk and was told 0300. When i said that I did call and it range 27 times she claimed she was busy. Too bad no one told her she could say excuse me, pick up the phone and say please hold. I mention that it's now been 2 hours and I still haven't any towels. Without saying a word, she stood up and went in the back room. She back out with 1 small hand towel and 1 large bath towel. I asked for a 6;30 wake up call and she said not possible. I asked why and she told me staff doesn't come in until 7am. I asked what would happen if I had an emergency before 7 am, but all she did was look at me like I was crazy. I said Thank you and left. I already commented to Globus that they should never use this hotel again. At least not until they re train the staff. Breakfast buffet was good.
Had a very pleasant stay in Vilnius. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant . The hotel was slightly away from downtown in a quiet area and had to get a taxi everywhere .
Outdated and not clean room
Budgety place, but quite clean and comfy. Room was fairly spacious and very quiet, no shower gels or shampoos though.
Stayed for one night before flying abroad. Everything was fine before something horrible happened. Wanted to take blanket from the wardrobe when gin bottle felt in on feet and broke the finger. So I’m just thinking how housekeeping are cleaning rooms if they can’t even collect empty bottles? Thanks god I wasn’t there with my young child, don’t want to even imagine if it could hit his head.
Needed to chase an apology from staff, promised to call, they didn’t just went I said nobody contact me, Kristina phoned, apologised said will make my next stay better, still waiting for it to happened :)
Grata is in a building with other offices what can be confusing.
Staff is friendly, rooms are good. Breakfast is very good.
It's a 20 minute walk to the center, but there are enough to see.
So price quality is great.
