The only thing lacking in this hotel is Diet Coke
Bouncing around a couple of other hotels in the area, before landing at the courtyard. Location and overall feel is why we stayed. The staff made the extra effort to make our stay feel like home
No free breakfast but they did have a breakfast menu and free coffee, staff was always friendly

Not the bugs! Not Jerome who loves at the hotel.
The bugs and the fact that after our send room within half hour we also found bugs that were verified by the other employee that was there. He offered us a room in the other end of the hotel but Jerome refused to have housekeeping check at least the bathroom for bugs and had my kid get out of the pool because he kicked us out and even threatened to call police! He proceeded to come down the hallway with his groceries that got delivered from Walmart and tell us to get out! He didn't provide a refund for the bug inconvenience. I wish I could upload the video.
The bistro in the p.m was one of the best i have had in a long time fast friendly service and funny as well we will be returning most definitely. Christopher was awesome

I’ve been staying at Marriott's Fort Collins for couple months and's want to recognize Michael at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a genuine smile and made check‑in quick and easy. helped with a special request for my room. Throughout my stay, he remained patient, courteous, and always willing to help. I had lot issues with this hotel but Service like this really stands out, and is a big reason I would happily return to this hotel.
Chris was amazing while we stayed this week! Super friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and made great food! Such a great personality that will def bring people back to stay again!!
Had a wonderful business trip and shout out to Christopher! Amazing cook and amazing hospitality. He went above and beyond for us and was funny and down to earth. He really shined and stood out! Will be coming back!
