I think i was charged by booking.com and again at hotel. If im not reimbursed by Monday I will be making phone calls
Having $ 600 out of my bank account for a 7 hour hotel.stay
They have roaches go somewhere else. We had to get plastic bags to put everything in so we don’t bring roaches home. If you have the option do not stay at this hotel.

This Marriott property has seen better days. The room was outdated; the amenities sub par. Had to request basic bath linens (bath mat & wash clothes). Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Even a charge for parking in this suburban hotel. Would not recommend.
Hotel was very accommodating to me. I was able to check in early and check out pretty late. The room was smaller but had a cute sitting area. Tv needs to be updated. The main downside was the walls are very thin. I was able to hear the whole convo from next door.

Big lobby area - one could find a semi-private area anywhere, nice bar, great bartender, great happy hour at the Bistro, clean lounge area, plug-in's for cell phones in lounge area, clean lounge area, clean outside loung area, compy round couch in room, the free breakfast was all we needed on this trip, but the Bistro has a great selection on menu items, compfy bed.
This survey mentioned I requested a quiet room, I don't remember that...? The seats at the bar were ackward. I had an issue with my reservation name and the desk attendant suggested that I CALL BOOKING.COM LOL! Even though I could provide the confirmation email with confirmation number, my reservation could not be found (a little stressful as I had already received the text from my credit card issuing payment). Once I figured out my error (reservation name), all was good, but then I received another email listing my price $5 higher (I disputed with my credit card company and all is good now. The 'Call Booking.com' suggestion was ridiculous.
