There was crack pipes in the drawer stains all over the comforters, filth all in the bathtub the whole hallway smelled like mildew dirty dishes in the hallway for two days no hot water at all the list goes on and on food splattered all over the refrigerator and walls.Etc

A cama era confortável, roupas de cama limpas.

Cons:

Não tinha janela, não tinha controle do ar condicionado, ele acionava e desacionava sozinho. A cozinha não possui acessórios nenhum, para utilizar precisam ser alugados, não tinha nem copos, talheres, panelas, cafeteira, torradeira, nada. Nem detergente para lavar a louça, né uma vassoura para o chão. Também não tinha o serviço de limpeza e arrumação diária.

Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable so we will be returning!
Pros:

Easy check in process, nice staff, clean facility, very spacious room

Cons:

Some of our lights weren't working properly. The lights by couch wouldn't turn off with switch so we had to unplug them. And lights by bed didn't turn on at all.

The extra $100 I had to pay after the booking was already confirmed. There was no breakfast, the hotel smelled like cigarettes, the doors had to be opened by practically ramming yourself against it.

Room 417 that I reserved had ROACHES. Two of which on the floor with the third and BIGGEST one crawling along the floorboard and onto the bed before disappearing.
