We had the most incredible stay at Le Metropolitan in Paris and honestly didn’t want to leave! Our room overlooked the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience so magical!
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone who worked there was literally amazing, so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Especially Omran and Stéphane, they were great!
We’re actually so sad to leave because we had the best time ever, but we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a beautiful, cozy, and genuinely lovely place to stay in Paris, we cannot recommend Le Metropolitan enough. We’ll definitely be back!
I had the most amazing stay! Our room was absolutely beautiful and offered a stunning full view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even more special.
What truly stood out was the incredible service from the front desk agents, Omran and Stéphane. They were seriously the best so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their care and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Truly a beautiful experience!
Overall a really nice stay. We were visiting with other family members for a weeklong stay in Paris. We wanted a location close to the metro and some of the major sites. This hotel fit the bill and we were not disappointed! It’s a smaller boutique hotel that has a bit of age to it, but in a good way. It’s darker interior and accents are done well and the staff is very caring. We received one of the larger rooms with an upgrade. If you want a larger room, book it as the standard rooms can be very small. The tub/shower combo was very tall. The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating, especially Jacinto at breakfast.
We would absolutely stay here again!
Exemplary service from the entire hotel staff and wonderful rooms with views. Located centrally to all historical marks as well as amenities. Fantastic view from the front of the hotel room!
For breakfast, Jacinto took very good care of us during our five days here. He is wonderful, as well as the food.
Strongly recommend you choose this property during your stay in Paris.
Le Metropolitan’s staff are friendly and attentive. They are pleased to provide a positive experience from breakfast to relaxing in the evening. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. Most enjoyable, the hotel is an easy walk to most locations, with 2.5 miles being the furthest to see Notra Dame and the Eiffel Tower a mere 20 minutes away by foot.
Great place to stay in Paris, near the Eiffel tower. The staff was amazing especially Omran he was very nice and supportive.

Had an amazing experience during my breakfast with man, who works in restaurant - Jacinto 🙏 my breakfast with him was careful and warm ✨
Gorgeous, cozy boutique hotel in an ideal location near the Eiffel Tower. Super clean and very convenient for exploring the city. We’ve stayed at many Marriott properties in Paris, and Le Metropolitan is our favorite. Big thanks to Sebastian for taking care of our complicated reservation and getting everything exactly right.
Everything was perfect especially for the hospitality from the whole service team. Have to mention Mr. Jacinto taking a good care of me during the whole stay. Will definitely come back again.
Location: Quiet neighborhood with perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Convenient access to subway. Hotel is located around a driving circle with cafes nearby.
Pros: Eiffel Tower views from day to night is entrancing. Lively quiet local feeling neighborhood - local cheese and bakery shops. Quick and easy taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower.
Cons: No major shopping nearby. Takes about 30 mins on subway to make it to central Paris (Louvre etc), longer to Notre Dame.
Pool: Website references a unique pool so I was looking forward to swimming there. But apparently, the pool doubles and spa/massage room. When spa services are in session, pool is not accessible. We never saw the pool our entire stay, we tried every day.
Lobby: Quiet luxury. Small but plenty of cozy seating.
Room: well appointed and updated. Robes and very French looking plush slippers.
I’m a Marriott Titanium member and used my upgrade rewards for a suite upgrade (on a points redemption room). This hotel takes elite status seriously.
I was so pleasantly surprised at check in for a weekend trip that I got upgraded to this suite:
Suite with Eiffel Tower View - Absolutely fabulous room. Only 4 in the hotel. The French windows overlooks the driving circle in front and the Eiffel Tower! Very spacious room, with a sitting area in front of the French windows, posh linens and huge bathroom with separate tub and shower, and double sinks in black.
This is the best upgrade ever!
Deluxe King - standard room is typical Paris/NYC small. Bed dominates the room. Separate toilet closet. Bathroom is also small, but updated and modern.
Staff: Stephen at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations.
This is the perfect location if you are looking for a quiet oasis at night after a day of touring. We grabbed some wine and watched the Eiffel Tower glitter every night before bed. Truly magical.
Our second time here, we love the staff’s friendliness , the reception we get and the central location.
We will be back again and again.
The upgrade we received and room treats made the start to our vacation super memorable, that view of the Eiffel Tower is splendid.
Morning breakfast with Jacinto made my day, he is funny, patient and sure brightens the day
Excellent staff. Front desk, general manager Marina sent personal greeting. Jacinto in restaurant was extremely friendly and his service was excellent
My recent stay at The Metropolitan was truly exceptional from start to finish. The warmth, service, and genuine hospitality made Paris feel like home.
A special thank you to Jacinto, who brought my breakfast up to the room each morning with such kindness and warmth. His attention to detail and gentle energy set the tone for my day it felt like a luxury ritual.
And to Omran at the front desk, thank you for making my stay seamless and memorable. His professionalism, care, and willingness to help with every detail truly elevated the entire experience.
From the beautiful rooms to the thoughtful staff, The Metropolitan is a place I would happily return to again and again.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to feel taken care of in Paris. 🤍🇫🇷
Le Metropolitan is a stylish and well-located property, but unfortunately my experience with management was disappointing. At check-in, we were granted a 2:00 pm checkout with our Platinum status. That was perfectly fine. However, the next day—at 12:00 noon—the concierge called the room (while I was out) and suddenly informed us that we now needed to check out at 1:00 pm. Only a one-hour notice, immediately put us in a stressful situation
On top of that, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door while my girlfriend was still in the room, yet a housekeeper entered anyway. When I rushed back to the hotel and spoke with guest services at 12:45 pm, I simply asked for an extra 15–30 minutes (until 1:15 pm) to change and gather our things. Even with the mix-up being on their end, they refused and instead offered access to the private pool area to shower and repack.
The property itself is beautiful, but the inconsistent communication, lack of flexibility, and disregard for privacy overshadowed the stay. With better management, this could easily be a 5-star experience—but as it stands, we left feeling rushed and undervalued.
We arrived early at the hotel and Sebastian was at reception. He was very attentive and suggested places to go highlighting them in a map. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and he arranged for a surprise bottle of wine and some macaroons and cakes to be brought up to the room in the evening. When we came back from visiting the Eiffel Tower, Sergio showed us to our room and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. Sergio arranged for a taxi to pick us up later that day. The next morning when checking out, Stephane and Sultan assisted us and offered to keep our bags until after we had visited other sites and were ready to depart towards the airport. When we arrived back to the hotel to collect our bags, we were helped by Omran who was very kind and helpful. The room was amazing! We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return. Apart from the view from the room, the staff at the hotel made our stay very special.
I couldn't fault it.
