nice place, great staff, stop allowing smokers to stay there.
Pros:

staff were excellent, including Mina at the front desk and Veronika at the Bell desk.

Cons:

please do not allow smokers on your property. I woke up each night with inflamed sinuses due to smokers in the building. Bad idea to have a smoking floor.

Great location and great service!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and location is very central with easy access to subway, shopping, and restaurant options! Staff was super helpful and service was above and beyond!

Great hotel, but limited food options.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, modern room and amenities, but small rooms for the Standard Queen room. Also, no halal / kosher food options or options for those with seafood allergies. I would still stay here again.

Heel comfortabel hotel in het midden van Fukuoka
Pros:

Geweldig hotel met alle voorzieningen die je verwacht bij een 5-sterrenhotel!
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Het ontbijt is geweldig en heel compleet!

Cons:

Alles was perfect!
Maar als ik toch iets moet zeggen;
- Er was geen smartTV in de kamer. Dit is voor de huidige standaard wel wenselijk zodat je daarop Netflix of Disney kunt kijken

Wonderful time in Fukuoka at the Grand Hyatt.
Pros:

Great hotel with wonderful staff. We stayed in a 1 b suite and it was wonderful. The hotel made note there were 3 in our party and there were amenities for 3 throughout the room. Great location also. Xavier the concierge was very helpful also.

Needs a renovation
Pros:

The hotel is quite old and dated. We had to switch out of our original room since the smoke and mold smell was so strong. It just felt dirty walking in there. We were switched to a different room, which was better. But the next room had an issue where some lights couldn’t be turned off. So trying to sleep with the lights on was not fun. Customer service was always responsive and apologetic. I just think the hotel probably is in need of a massive renovation. The club lounge was nice and renovated though. The salt bread there was some of the best I’ve ever had.
