Pros:

위치가 매우좋기는 하나 하카타역과 아주 가깝진 않고 텐진과도 좀 멉니다. 캐널씨티 다니기만 좋은정도 지내다보니 매우 좋은위치는 아닌 것 같습니다. 유일하게 만족스러웠던 부분은 조식이었어요. 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 수영장 사우나는 시간관계상 이용 못 했지만 노후정도를 생각했을때 만족스럽기 어려울 듯 합니다.

Cons:

솔직히 가성비는 매우 떨어집니다. 후쿠오카 내에 가성비 좋은 곳들이 의외로 많아서 이름보고 예약했다가 후회 할 수 있습니다. 저는 이틀 예약했다가 하루만 머물고 예약취소하고 4분의1가격의 하카타역 근처로 옮겼는데 뻥안치고 훨씬 만족스러웠어요.

Pros:

The hotel staff are so very welcoming and takes care of your needs well. It also adjacent to the mall with walkways leading into the mall itself.

Cons:

The interiors are a bit dated but they have maintained well.

쇼핑 센타하고 연결 되어서 아주 편리 했다 다만 조식은 생각 보다는 가격대비 별로 여서 한번만 이용 했다

Cons:

너무 원리 원칙에만 따르는 호텔 직원의 융통성이 아쉬웠다 30분 연장의 체크아웃 요청에도 절대 불가 방침이 호텔 방침 인듯 하다

Great choice
Pros:

One of the few luxury hotels in Fukuoka and it is the best choice.
Great location next to the big shopping center of Grand Cabal City
Concierge is very good and can book restaurants for you.
Room is comfortable and cleaned quite quickly.
New upmarket food court has opened in basement.

Great Club Lounge!
Pros:

We stayed for three nights in a Club room in late March.

The room was great - clean, large and also had a bath :) The location is very good - close to a subway and easy walking to a number of areas. Check in was pleasant and quick but, apart from that, we saw and interacted little with the staff. We would have welcomed more opportunity to do so as this is the first time that we have visited Fukuoka and any guidance would have been very helpful.

The Club Lounge was amazing and the best I have experienced. My only disappointment was, at times, the lack of vegetarian options. I hope that this is something that they take on board and change as one night I had very little choice.

Overall, we would recommend. And if we return to Fukuoka we would stay again.

One word. Exceptional.
Ideally situated in Canal City area of Hakata 5mins (if that) walk from the Kushida Temple station and adjoined directly to the Canal City Mall (and yes, the temple itself is very close by, as well as the canal ways).
Literally everything at your doorstep in terms of food, entertainment, shopping; that's not even mentioning the multiple and varied eating options contained directly in the hotel itself (including live music ensembles).
Loved the fact they have an ice dispensing machine as I like my beverages ice cold.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Exquisite decour and feel of the hotel.
I literally cannot say more about this place. Highly recommended A+++++

Cons:

Nothing whatsoever. If we could have stayed longer we would have but we had other destinations to head to
