Pros:

Hotel was ok

Cons:

They charged me $50 fee on top of the fee for the hotel room without even telling me about it at check in! I discovered it when I looked at my credit card charges. When I asked them about it, they said it was a damage fee that would be refunded if everything in the room was ok when I left! So far I have seen no refund! I have never heard of such a fee! And why aren't they telling their customers at checkin that they are doing this. I will never stay here again. Absolutely not recommend!

Our stay was short but as expected.
Pros:

Though we never used the Park-N-Fly service, that's a great option for those flying out of GRR. An early flight required we not get breakfast.

I am in the process of trying to get my money back. Will never book a room here again. I don’t stay due to the condition

there was a 3” gap under the door, dead bugs by the bed, gaps in the ceiling tiles, mysteries brown material sticking out of the vent, cracked and chipping paint in the bathroom, bug powder sprinkled all along the walls and dirty underwear lying in the hallway.

Good in a pinch but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Spacious room and liked the kitchen space. Bedding was clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The perfume smell in the hotel is horrible and toxic. Property needs maintenance—bathtub drain didn’t fully drain. Upholstered chair was deeply stained.

It was fine....
Pros:

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly. The location is nice and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The bed was not comfy. I had to run to the store for cleaning products for the shower because there was hair and idk what else in it. Part of the ceiling tiles were wonky and not in place. The smells in the entrance and hallways was really weird. Overall feeling of uncleanliness. I had trash on the night table up on arrival. The air would not go below 71. It was decent but not worth the price and definitely did not meet the usual IHG expectations.

Easy early check- in. Good location to restaurant and airportt.

Missed breakfast due to early flight. Pool was very nice and wake up call was appreciated.

Bath mat had spots of black mold around it, but rest was clean.
