Good location if you don’t mind walking, comfy beds & good size. Reception was helpful & friendly.
Pros:

The location was convenient & a 15 minute walk to the centre, along a beautiful river & gardens. The superior room was a good size & nice to have a balcony even if it looked over the car park. Tea & coffee making facilities provided & complimentary water. We used the pool, sauna & relaxation facilities although they were very busy & had to wait for loungers. Robe & slippers provided.

Cons:

The parking is an issue, limited car park for which the charge is €25 per night, very expensive. The alternative is on the road which again has very limited free spaces. We did not try the breakfast as too expensive at €26 EACH! We walked into town each morning for a coffee & croissant @ €7 each. The bathroom was freezing, the tiled floor very cold & no heating, not even the towel rail. The towels used for shower are way too small, more like a large hand towel, these days a bath sheet is expected.

Cons:

Telefonisch ist das Hotel leider nie zu erreichen. Seit Tagen versuche ich es, niemand hebt ab, oder es wird einfach aufgelegt oder der Anschluss ist nicht erreichbar. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und Qualität unverschämt.

Wunderbar für einen Kurztrip.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, hatten ein Zimmer mit sonnigem Balkon in ruhiger Lage und einem schönen Blick in Richtung Lichtentaler Allee. Wellness Bereich und Pool mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Pros:

Alles schön groß man hat Platz, war sauber. Pool Landschaft war schön. So war alles gut.
Essen war gut und Getränke auch, Lob an den Barkeeper.

Cons:

Parkplatz breite passt nicht mehr zu den heutigen Autos. Alles sehr eng. Essen Menü war gut aber leider kann man nicht aus verschiedenen Essen zusammen stellen. Als nicht Fischesser Vorspeise und Hauptgericht Fisch gut man konnte mit dem Kellner fragen und die Küche hat dir dann eine alternative gegeben.Und die Vegetarier haben das gleiche Problem. Da sollten sie mal das Konzept wählen zumindest Hauptgericht von 3 Stück eine Auswahl. Das hätte ich in der Preisklasse erwartet.

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner service impeccable, personnel accueillant. Situation parfaite pour les visites. Piscine agréable pour une détente en fin de journée et repas au restaurant de qualité.

Cons:

Peu de choix au menu si on y mange plusieurs jours…

Alles in allem tipptopp. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - jedoch etwas weit vom Zentrum. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn es eine bessere Busverbindung gäbe. Wir nahmen ein Taxi für An- und Abreise zum Bahnhof.

Pros:

It was cosy with the balcony and food was good.

Cons:

Parking, someone was pounding at my door when my baby was crying. That means the walls are not sound proof.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Top Ausstattung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten kann ich sehr empfehlen .Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Würde hier immer wieder buchen.
