Hotel perfecto
Pros:

Los detalles (agua en cada planta, hervidor de agua, café e infusión en la habitación, el gel de ducha y champú de la casa Rituals ), habitación amplia, tele grande, cama cómoda, ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo, acceso fácil en coche, personal amable.

Un hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Tours
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est très bon et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est proche du centre ville.

Cons:

L’équipement du parking est vétuste avec plusieurs barrières/ grilles à franchir. Le jour de notre départ l’une de ces grilles est tombée en panne et les employés de l’hôtel ont dû l’ouvrir manuellement.

Pros:

Very good hotel in an excellent location, next to the train station and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff members were really friendly and helpful, especially Jean-Marc.

Très bon séjour pour un déplacement profesionnel au Novotel Tours Centre Gare
Pros:

Stationnement pratique, petit déjeuner où on trouve de tout, chambre confortable, emplacement plein centre de Tours, à deux pas du palais des congrès et de la gare

Vue sur les voies. Mais l’isolation phonique était bonne, cela nous avait pas gêné pour dormir.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et en toute confiance

Stationnement parfait, sous l'hôtel
Deux chambres au lieu d'une donc deux grands lits plutôt qu'un lit et un canapé
Petit déjeuner très copieux dans un espace très agréable et personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Le prix du parking bien que nous n'ayons pas payé : pour les autres et nous si nous revenons.
L'escalier n'est pas top : visuel sur le nécessaire de nettoyage (et cela c'est pour chipoter!)
