No hot water all evening! Hotel knew and were not honest with guests.
Pros:

Staff were friendly to talk to. Room sizes were large especially for London.

Cons:

There was no hot water all evening! The hotel changed our room and the problem persisted. We were repeatedly told to run the water for up to 30 minutes straight to get hot water to come through, but nothing worked. We wasted over 2 hours trying to get hot water and moving rooms. In the morning, reception told us it was a known issue with the boiler. This is really poor to not have told us when we checked in after a long day travelling, and to make us waste so much time and water when they knew it was an issue. No compensation or offer to make it right was made and we were left with a very sour taste. I would not return to this hotel.

Pros:

We had a room with amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was also very spacious and there were many drawers, so that we didn't have to store our clothes and stuff in the suitcases. There were also tea, coffee, and biscuits, and mugs and spoons. And sockets for different type of plugs! The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, and we are super happy with the cleaning ladies. The location was excellent: near the underground, bus stops and grocery store, but on a very quiet street. There were also many attractions, cafés and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We had a bathtub in the bathroom, but there wasn't hot water in the evenings.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, y la habitación super amplia y limpia! La relación calidad-precio esta bien también. Y la ubicación nos gusto mucho. Teniamos la parada de metro a 200m, que luego nos servía para movernos al resto de la ciudad

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel because it is near the metro station and in a safe area of London. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The downside of the hotel is that it doesn’t have its own restaurant or a good breakfast. The restaurant inside the hotel has a different management and serves Malaysian cuisine. For breakfast, you need to order à la carte because the buffet is closed.
