Pros:

Clean. Rooms are very spacious. Staff were lovely

Cons:

Definitely need mattress upgrades. The windows aren’t double glazed so you can hear everything outside and there was a water dripping sound in the ceiling. Breakfast wasn’t great though.

Pleasant property but noise level will deter from returning.

Property convenient and clean. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

Exceptionally loud at night. Restaurant underneath had music and loud guest until 2am. This was winter with all the windows closed - cannot imagine the noise level during nice weather!

Tatty, dirty, stained carpets, marks on the walls. Uncomfortable bed & unhelpful staff. No mention before booking of the constant noise from the underground, which only gave about a 5 hour window for sleep!
