Pros:

Pleasant stay for a conference and they provided bottled waters and there were happy hour beverages. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Pros:

The bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets were not clean, they had hair on them and looked very worn out. The minibar was old and made a loud noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained.

They should definitely tell you that the $400 a night room does not include parking. Make sure to budget another $40 a day for that. For that price of a room, I would expect free parking. Also, limited parking spaces at that.

I only stayed 1 night., I was cruising out in the morning.
Hands down great service!!! From the help with my luggage to getting me around on a free shuttle to acquire all my needs.
Friendly and professional. Maria was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about where I needed to go to stay on task.
Clean room and extremely refreshing infused water for guest.
TikTok recommended this gem!!!

Pros:

The room was very comfortable especially the King Size Bed Housekeeping did an outstanding job when asked to clean. The Breakfast Staff at the Encore Restaurant were very attentive and paid attention to our every need. Food was fresh good variety of menu choices for the price.

I had nothing but issues with this property . Such a disappointment .
We went for the marathon, which was planned a year ago. We got to hotel for check in, and they were completely under prepared, we had to wait TWO hours after check in for our room. Not to mention, they were telling people who ran the marathon they couldn’t get late check out . Which is completely crazy and to be telling people who are there for an event that they specifically can’t get late check is ridiculous. I am going to be contact my rep with the marathon to recommend they no longer associate themselves with the Long Beach Hilton . The marathon had this hotel listed as a recommendation on the marathon site and it truly shouldn’t be.
Got up to our room , there was stains on the sheets. The shower didn’t get hot and would turn off randomly while you showered . The light would turn off in the restroom on its own , and the door handle kept moving .
Not only all of that, but I got bit by a spider some time in the night. We were treated completely rude ( along with everyone there ) by the bar tender. I will NEVER stay here again. And will recommend everyone to avoid completely . Such a disappointment for the amount we paid. I’d expect these type of issues from a motel 6 or extended stay. Not a Hilton.

Booked a junior suite on Expedia and Hilton said their descriptions was incorrect so we have a badic and handicap room that is extremely dirty and the shower handle is broken off the wall. Bedding smells like dirty underarms!

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Long Beach, it’s Location is idea for walking around and taking in Long Beach. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff at the front desk were nice. My only negative review is the employees at the Starbucks in the hotel, I thought they were extremely rude.
