Pros:

The location was great! Walkable distance to many different places! Loved & appreciated luggage hold for early arrivals before check in!

I did enjoy the stay.
Pros:

The room was clean. When I turned on the shower, the drain was slow to drain. I called the front desk and the staff quickly fixed the issue. Their housekeeping staff should have alert maintenance about the slow drain prior to any tired traveler tried to shower with water building up past their ankles. That was the only irritating issue I had with the stay. I expected more from Hilton. I have had that issue at cheaper hotels and chose Hilton as to avoid shower delays after a long day at a Trade Show. The issue was taken care of but a good housekeeper should, but a good housekeeper should alert the staff while cleaning, not ignore it and let a customer experience a water backup

Cons:

The shuttle that took us to the Trade Show and back. It made dining out more enjoyable. I did not need to find parking. The driver was already aware of where the destination I needed locally was at. The appetizers and welcome drinks in the Lobby were very pleasant touch.

Everyone especially up on checking in young lady Angela was wonderfully great very polite made us feel very welcome. I thank her so much she also told me happy birthday , when I check out the lady there was not so friendly

Cons:

Had the same one who check us in check us out She wasn’t not there , the other lady who check me out was not so friendly ☹️

Needs maintenance badly.

The staff were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The property seems to have been neglected for a while. The electrical plug in the bathroom did not work, at times only one elevator was working, generally the property was dingy.

Great stay!
Pros:

Close location to the Long Beach convention center and the Queen Mary. They also have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a mile of the hotel which is awesome so we didn't have to drive and pay for parking everywhere.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful! They were very accommodating and supportive even during a very busy time when the AC in the hotel was out.

Cons:

The AC was not working for our overnight stay. This made the sleeping experience a bit uncomfortable.
