Balcony small but did have two chairs
Overlooked the rear of the property
The view is very nice

Hot tub could have been a little cleaner and hotter.

Pros:

We loved the view of the ocean, hot tub, and pool - especially adult only hours. No free breakfast but that was ok. Bathroom sink has draining problems and bathroom a bit run down overall but the low price made up for that. Would recommend!

This amazing place has room views of the Penobscot Bay! The rooms are spacious and so clean and comfortable! They don't have a breakfast but we grabbed fast food not far away. We stayed here to spend some time seeing Belfast. They have an outdoor seating area with a fireplace table! The views are amazing! They have an expansive lawn that goes all.the way down to the bay. They have lawn chairs, a large chess game outside! You will be very glad you stayed here!

Quiet at night with a beautiful view and gorgeous sunrise. Nice for walking to waters edge. Wish I brought my swimsuit for the pool. Gladly stay here again.

Pros:

The view was nice but a long way down if you want to see the beach ( which was rocky as advertised) the pool area was good pool and sauna nice but the hot tub was small and needed some attention Room was nice sized but we unfortunately had a few dogs and young kids by us that got up way earlier then us Staff was very friendly

I have been here a lot over the years and I really enjoy The Fireside! The staff is always kind, I love everything that’s available in the lobby and the rooms are like and clean! I will say that the bottom floor is my least favorite thing, the appliances need to be updated and we did have a noisy neighbor but the women at the front desk did help with that!
