Unfortunately, the overall condition and environment of the property were very concerning. The woman working at checkout was extremely rude and unpleasant. There were numerous people hanging around the property, and I witnessed what appeared to be drug activity and drug use, along with extremely loud music. There were also people who appeared to be homeless congregating around the property, and at one point people were actually sitting on top of my vehicle. I did not feel comfortable or secure outside of my room. The exterior areas were also poorly maintained. A hole near my room had been stuffed with toilet paper and was completely exposed to the outside. The carpet on the stairs leading to the second floor was absolutely disgusting and looked so dirty and unsanitary that I did not want to touch it. There were also trash bags piled around the downstairs area, apparently left outside rooms. My room did not have any washcloths either. While the room itself had some positives, the conditions and activity around the property seriously affected my stay.

The staff was Rude, Disrespectful and Dishonest
They would not provide my refund and would did not check me in on my reservation day and was Dishonest about it and would not allow me to collect a refund for the day they said I was there when I was not there under reservation.

Starting with expectations. It was $52 a night, near the interstate, expectations were low to begin with. Next, check in, the clerks were behind a think piece of plexiglass with a small slot to slide your driver's license and credit card, we're still on tack woth expectations. They inform you of a $50 deposit when you're checking in. Thats the only time you're made aware if it. Clerk assured the deposit is refunded "promptly", four days, no refund, Ill wait. It is quite obvious that this is a "long term stay" hotel/motel. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room was probably my biggest complaint. I understand it happens sometimes, but it was bad enough that I kept my luggage zipped up at all times to keep the smell off my clothing. Once I got to my room, I didn't leave. The room had a nice chemical, cleaner/bleach smell, which was welcomed, but mixed bad with the cigarette smell. Shower was clean.....enough, I didn't feel like I needed shower shoes. Doordashed food. The bed appeared to be very clean. I peeled back the covers and sheets and noticed no bugs, stains, or stray hairs. Again, $52 a night. The room appeared to be updated with newer looking paint and flooring. If you're picky, be ready for parking lot activities, interstate noise, and loud music always coming from some direction.

Other than the aforementioned, I booked for one night to catch and early morning flight. The stay was accepted, bed was comfortable, and landed right where I expected it to land on expectations. If you've ever stayed in hotels, you can set your personal standards by location and price. It was a much better hotel than the one actively on fire 3 doors down.

$52/night + $50 "refundable deposit, we'll see"
Ill return only for the same circumstances. I would not bring my wife or kids.

AC barely worked and they didn't have an ice machine to get ice from. The location is in a crap part of town. Staff really didn't care that there were issues.

Smelled and very dirty carpet in hallway and smoke nuts everywhere

Traffic was a little loud from the interstate

A man tried hitting on me while I was pottying my dog and someone stole my car antenna 🥴

Had a hard time understanding the front desk receptionist. They did not speak good english. Had no elavator.

Area wasn't the best. SOme people hanging out in the parking lot behind back and a few too many homeless ppl walking around the area. Tho fine if you are just in and out or driving. Nothing scary, just not the nicest area
