Clean Hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good!

Cons:

The AC never turned off. It ran all night and was loud. There was a musty odor in the room and it was most likely due to the AC issue.

Great Location, great value, friendly staff and clean rooms and property
Pros:

The location was great for my needs while in Grand Forks. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and rooms. I traveled alone and felt safe and secure at this property inside and out.

Cons:

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable. It was ok, but I stayed here before in a queen room and liked the mattress better; this time I had a king bed.

I've liked pretty much everything except for the noise as I was right next to the elevator so between 12:00 and 2:00 it was really noisy actually but it was okay
