Pros:

I liked the location and service at the lounge.

Cons:

The coffee pot tucked. It was like colored water. I had to go to the market to get a coffee because the dining room only served a full breakfast and could not get a coffee. I totally liked the location but in the future l think l will stay at the marquis as it serves my needs better especially since it was downloading and l really could not go out.

Pros:

Very friendly staff very helpful and accommodating I would definitely stay again !

Cons:

I couldn’t really speak on the view question we had a large building across from us but we weren’t there for the view so we didn’t care.

Fantastic location, but the lift maintenance could have been better.
Pros:

The lifts were not working when we visited. It delayed us every time by at least 15-30 minutes.

Cons:

Poor lift maintenance.

Great location - right on top of time sq. property is dated.
Pros:

Friendly staff - they left a nice welcome message for us upon arrival and a bottle of wine also

Cons:

Felt very dated! Bathroom never felt clean and the carpets on our floor smelt really bad. The window seal had blown also - so very noisy time square in your room too!
