New York seyahatim sırasında Renaissance Times Square by Marriott otelinde yaptığım konaklamadan maalesef memnun kalmadım.
Konaklamamız boyunca odada sıcak su bulunmadığı için soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Bu durum seyahat planlarımızı ciddi şekilde etkiledi ve günlük programlarımızı değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. Sorun çözülemediği için planladığımız tarihten önce otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık.
Ayrıca oda temizliği de beklediğimiz standartta değildi. Temizlik hizmeti yetersizdi ve bu da konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi.
Bu yaşadığımız mağduriyet nedeniyle rezervasyonumuzun incelenmesini, uygun bir tazminat veya ücret iadesi konusunda değerlendirme yapılmasını rica ediyorum.
Rezervasyon bilgilerime göre gerekli incelemeyi yaparak en kısa sürede tarafıma dönüş yapmanızı bekliyorum.
