The perfect location overlooking the red steps in time square
Pros:

Location is amazing, perfect for access to the entire city of New York

Cons:

A TINY ISSUE that wont matter to lots of people is even though teabags where provided there was no kettle in the room to make tea, only a coffee machine otherwise it had everything you needed in a great comfortable room, otherwise absolutely no complaints, and staff are extremely helpful.

Pros:

Localização excelente, bem no coração da Times Square e pertinho do metro. Quartos amplos

Cons:

Equipe de limpeza deixou algumas coisas jogadas no chão ao "arrumar" o quarto. Tiraram o lixo e arrumaram as camas somente. Não apresenta nenhum serviço de jantar, apenas bar no lobby.

Très bien placé au coeur de Time Square, chambres spacieuses et communicantes avec les enfants, lits très confortable, équipement correct dans les deux chambres. Personnel agréable: réception et personnel de chambre. Chambres propres. Vue sur Time Square.

Cons:

(3) bémol : Pression de la douche de la chambre des parents trop puissante sans possibilité de la régler pour conserver de l'eau chaude, pas de bouteille d'eau offerte mais vendue à un prix exorbitant contrairement à d'autres hôtels d'un standing équivalent à Manhattan. Un peu bruyant mais logique avec la vue sur Time Square. Pas de parapluie mis à disposition.
