Espectacular! Súper cómodo! Muy espaciosas las habitaciones. Inusual para la ciudad de NY. La ubicación inmejorable.

Tammy at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and she upgraded us to a wonderful suite for our entire stay! It was fantastic. She was always available to answer any questions we had.

Omar, the concierge, also helped us with everything. He recommended beautiful places to visit and explore, as well as great restaurants. He was incredibly kind and always a pleasure to talk to.

What a wonderful team and such a lovely atmosphere! Every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. Our housekeeper was very helpful, and the breakfast staff in the lobby were absolutely lovely!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit ganz vielen besonderen und wertvollen Momenten und Begegnungen.
Pros:

Lage war perfekt. Man konnte trotzdem problemlos schlafen. Es ist immer etwas los und man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich. Ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr einladend.

Cons:

Die Betten sind etwas klein für zwei Personen.

L’emplacement est super car il est sur Time square.
Je pensais que la nuit serait bruyante mais étant au 11ème étage, on a pu dormir sans problème.
La literie était très confortable que ce soit le matelas ou les coussins.
Le personnel était sympathique.
Nous avons passé très peu de temps dans la chambre car nous partions le matin pour rentrer tard le soir.

Cons:

La chambre était propre. En revanche, quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait des cheveux collés sur la faïence à côté de la baignoire et une tâche de sang séchée sur le drap. Le pommeau de douche fuyait un peu et avait beaucoup de mal à tenir sur son support. Puis j’ai eu 2 serviettes blanches avec des trous.

Está muy bien ubicado, justo en Timesquare. El personal es muy amable y disponible. El bar es bueno. Es cómodo sin mayores lujos. Si bien es una zona muy concurrida, está bien aislado el ruido.

Hacen un descuento de USD 100 por noche como depósito. Este depósito no está anunciado en booking.
