Great hotel
Pros:

The location is great if you have plans to go to the theater. Although it is right in the busiest area of Times Square , the hotel rooms are really quiet. All the personnel is very friendly, breakfast is pretty good, with several options.
Rooms are recently remodeled and modern.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like is that not all the elevators worked and at some times of the day it was really busy and had quite long waits.

Great option in NYC
Pros:

The location was perfect if you wat to be in the middle of Times Square and all the movement and people. Good thing is taht once you entered the room, it was really quiet. Modern rooms and bathrooms.
Great stay.

Cons:

Elevators were broken and slow.

A fair option at heart of activity in NY
Pros:

Room was fairly comfortable more than the average in the zone. Personnel very efficient at both check-in and check-out

Cons:

Breakfast was too expensive, so we opted for nearby dinners. Low floors can be very noisy due to crowds20 hr/day milling around Times Sqr. One of two elevators was under repairs for whole 8 days . This equipment in Germany would be repaired in under 24hrs. At times had to wait long queues to go up to room.

Overall we had a great time in the city. Good locale.
Pros:

Cons:

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lifts not great, either not working or very slow.

Beds not the best, small for 2 people.

Overall floor carpet and decor was tired, needs money spent.

We were opposite a shop that sold cannabis, so you could smell a lot of the drug when outside the hotel.
