Pre called after making appt on line and asked for verification of "senior disability room". young lady said yes, We DID NOT get that type room. Also, young man that checked us in was asked for 8:30 AM wake up call -- Never received it.
Also, in bathroom there is a HOLE IN THE WALL next to the standard tub.

Disappointing due to lack of a pool, which was expected due to stays in years past.

Breakfast was better than expected and location was good for us

Cons:

Front desk staff on check in was not particularly friendly, we were extremely disappointed to discover there was no pool. Luckily the hotel nextdoor welcomed us to their pools for a minimal cost. I had asked for 2nd floor, but received 1st floor lodging. Was not happy about that. Also bathroom was not as clean as expected (especially around the toilet) and sink drain was messed up. I would highly recommend some kind of skid strips or mat in the bathtub. We had to put down towels to keep from slipping.
