Very nice facilities. Helpful and friendly staff.
Couldn't figure out how to make the volume work on the TV.
Location to Cades cove
Quite
Conveniently located, affordable.
With the exception of the manager the staff was very curt and borderline rude.
There was a weird odor in the room and the fridge didn't work. We had to ask for a shower curtain, but it was brought to room quickly.
We would have liked the breakfast time to start earlier.
Shower head needed to be updated.
Saubereres Motel, ruhig und relativ große Zimmer.
Preis/Leistung - dafür könnte alles etwas moderner sein
The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Nothing I didn't like. Location is good.
Location
Breakfast better than most
Bare floors
Obviously cleaner but less cosy
No housekeeping with a stay of three days
arrived to find the room we picked didn't allow pets in the room. We would not have stayed there. the front desk person was rude and refused to help with cancellation. We had to drive around and find another hotel. She claimed they didn't even have a room we could get with our pet
Location is superior-
The pool is no longer there!
Great Breakfast and very nice upgraded facility.
No pool
DO NOT STAY HERE. We woke up in the middle of the night to find the floors soaking wet and disgusting. My wife slipped and nearly fell. We had to lay down towels just to avoid injury.
The manager told us the AC had to be set to a frigid 65–68°F to keep the floors from “sweating,” and offered us an extra blanket so we wouldn’t be cold. That was their solution.
We immediately left the hotel and cancelled the rest of our stay. Best Western still billed us for that horrid, sleepless night.
The building was dated, but the biggest problem was the complete lack of a coffee pot and the staff was not friendly.
