They wrote nothing down, and I told them I took pictures, but they didn’t want them. I stated I would NOT pay for any incidentals associated with these problems!
De locatie was prachtig en een goed ontbijt. Mooie grote kamer.
De douche lekte en omdat de kraan het niet goed deed kreeg je de temperatuur van het water niet hoog. Lauwe douche terwijl de gewone kraan gloeiend heet kon zijn.

The breakfast was good, good variety, and serving area and dining room were very clean and continuously attended. The property seems to be maintained well, and the location was convenient for our activities. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The website shows a pool, so we booked a place with a pool, and it was filled in with concrete and turned into a dog bathroom area. that is false advertisement, the kids were definitely disappointed.
Great location close to the shops in town. And a good view.
We love Cades Cove and it closer to it.

Bathrooms need work. Sheet work and things of that nature. Queen beds were not comfortable. Were very hard!!
