Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Nice sized refrigerator for a hotel. Price was great. Hard wood floors were a nice surprise.

Wonderful! Nice location, breakfast was wonderful and the staff really nice!
Pros:

Everything went well! We wish we would have stayed here an additional day. The stay here was rated the BEST out of all the 8 places we stayed on our trip. I look forward to an opportunity to stay here again and have recommended this place to others who are planning to head to this area this summer.

Pretty bad experience
Pros:

The alive and dead stink bugs upon arrival were a harbinger of things to come. Internet dropped every 1-2 minutes, when I tried to check out the night before the gentleman refused to do so and the worst thing was all of the heavy cigarette smoke from the people below me. If you advertise being a non-smoking facility you should enforce the rule. I ended leaving on the second day a bit after midnight just to breathe fresh air. So if smoking is an issue for you (and they have no idea who's going to be a non-compliant smoker), I recommend you look elsewhere.
