Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and clean. Every staff member we met was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good also. We found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the location, and friendliness of the staff from the moment you walk in until checking out the next morning.

Cons:

We seemed to have a ventilation issue with our first room we had. It was a king room, with jetted tub.

Upon testing the tub with my girlfriend, the room filled with mist and eventually set the smoke alarm off. There was noticeable moisture build up on the window.

Upon bringing this to the front counters attention. The women working was incredibly helpful in our situation and offered to move us rooms. After this we experienced no further issues and used the jet tub without incident. I did not get her name (working 8/29 and the morning of 8/30) but she was wonderful through the entire experience ❤️

Amazing
Pros:

Thank you so much for helping me get back my baby’s sleep sack! We left in a hurry and forgot it but it meant so much that the staff cared enough to help me get it back. We will definitely be back.

We had to go to check in at 10: 30 pm . Not too.convenient but as I was there after a surgery stay

Good enough for the price
Pros:

Cleaning staff did a solid job each day. The front desk people were knowledgeable and very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was so-so. The chair, not the desk chair, in the room was torn on the edges and stained. The carpet in the room was stained and sticky so I wore shoes the entire time. The tv remote didn’t seem to go with the tv. Most of the buttons did nothing.

Okay hotel stay
Pros:

It is close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of a cleaning and lots of repairs. The traffic outside is very loud. The room could have been a cleaner (very dusty air conditioner unit, small pieces of trash on floors by bed). The breakfast wasnt very good either.
