Clean and nice facility with breakfast and restaurants
Rook was spacious lots of channels
Staff was very nice and friendly

The staff was Excellent, especially Odessa She was very friendly and helpful, and caring. She’s a very good asset to your organization.

Okay where to start.
First I asked for early check-in and they said they would give me first available. I began to see people leaving the waiting area near the bar. I was at getting their rooms one by one people who even arrived after me were getting their room so I walked over to check in and they were like oh yeah, you can check in and I said it would’ve been nice to know that considering they told me I would get a text when it was ready.
Garbage left everywhere, including the elevator and elevator waiting areas
It’s very obvious so I didn’t feel the need to tell front desk cause it looks like they really don’t care
Bathroom was grimy worst sleep on my life
Cherry on top with the screaming and running outside of our door until 12 AM
I was spending the night as I had a hockey game - I am a cheerleader for the and I needed good sleep.
Everything looks like it’s falling apart, including the parking garage, which the architecture of it makes no sense and you can tell where cars have hit the jagged edges on the exits a million times
The elevator was very broken with a piece of tape holding the button together on our floor

Overall, a very comical stay and I definitely won’t be staying in Pomona ever again. I’ll just stay in Ontario by the airport disappointing for a Doubletree. I thought those would be the nicer stay in the area. This place honestly needs to be completely renovated or just closed.

You get what you pay for honestly. Sooo cheap hotel, cheap services. Expensive amenities.

Has safe in room and showerhead isn’t the best but all in all a nice stay. Restaurant quality was good but overpriced.

Parking fee and charging on the bottle of water, I didn't expected

Overpowering odor from chemical cleaners in room & in hallways. Red ants in one of the bathrooms. Had to change rooms twice. Run down, worn out & needs an overhaul. Gave me airborne & a fan to clear the odor?!!!
HOWEVER, the staff esp. Colin at the front desk evening shift were great & cannot be responsible for these problems. People smoking weed & vaping at the front door. Pool area is also worn out & dirty—chairs & tables not cleaned. C’mon Hilton help this owner out!

Parking was easy and rooms where big , beds comfy , great stsyo

Checking in was a little uncomfortable as the rep was rude and seemed to be irritated with our arrival. Our room was ok but held a strong damp odor.
One of the beds sheets were not completely dry so we had to have those exchanged as well.
We attempted to go swimming the next day, but the pool is very small, there were no towels and my husband had to actually clean leaves and debris out of the main pool. We did not try the hot tub as it was very dirty.
There was also a strong damp odor in the gym.

The cleaning staff was very nice and that is why I am giving this place a 3 star rating for staff.

Will not be back.

The hotel is incredibly elegant. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Surrounded by palm trees giving it a Southern California vibe.

Didn’t know they charge for parking

Our stay was great but we requested upper floors and were placed on the bottom floor.

Close to Cal Poly Pomona campus and easy freeway access
