Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise very clean rooms and spacious, tidy accommodations; a few reports of smoke or pool-related odors in some rooms slightly lower the perfect score.
Service
9.4
Consistently described as friendly, helpful and honest (staff returned left earbuds); numerous comments highlight excellent front-desk service.
Location
8.1
Convenient location and good for travelers, but several mentions of proximity to a busy road and road noise reduce the score.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms are described as comfortable and spacious with good beds, though some guests noted hard pillows, a squeaky floor near the bed, loud AC and occasional smells.
Amenities
8.3
Complimentary breakfast, guest laundry and a pool are available and valued by guests; however parking limitations, a slow elevator and pool-related odor issues temper the rating.
Value for Money
9.1
Multiple guests call out price and value positively and say they would stay again, indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast receives mixed feedback: some praise (eggs with cheese) but others complain of powdered/tasteless eggs and bland oatmeal, yielding a below-average food score.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall sentiment is very positive — clean rooms, reliable service, good value and repeat intentions are common — despite a handful of issues (noise, smells, parking) that did not outweigh the generally strong stays.

Great stay!
Pros:

Stopped by after our first arrangement to stay the night fell through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I were both tired after our long trip and we felt very safe and comfortable. In the morning we had the complimentary breakfast and the eggs with cheese were wonderful.
