Very friendly, good value, nice rooms.
Pros:

The location is great, right on El Camin9 but you don't get traffic noise. It looks like an older motel from the outside, but inside everything is clean and feels updated. Staff were super friendly, fridge in good functioning order, lots of little touches like free snacks! that tell you you're not in a big chain. Would definitely use again.

Cons:

Wheelchair access from the parking area to reception is not straightforward. You can't easily get through from the parking lot and when I arrived a baby stroller was blocking the path. There is a ramp from the street, but no signage in the parking lot to advise wheelchair users that it's there. That said, they were very happy to help carry my stuff between the car and the room. I got a regular room amd there was space to park my chair and still maneuver around the room.

Ok. Clean and serviceable.
Pros:

It was very clean. Room itself was quiet.

Cons:

Very thin walls. Luckily we only had one person next door but we could hear every word he said on his phone.
TV was out of order. Clocks were not set to right times.

Failed my expectations
Pros:

It had a big bed and a working shower, fridge and lights. It was 45 minutes walking distance from my office. It has parking lot so it is easy for Uber/Lift drivers to come drop you off or pick you up.

Cons:

High Speed WiFi was non-existent; I measured connection at 0.7 Mbps. I had to use my company data to work. There were spiders, and mosquitos. The walls and ceiling are thin and shriek a lot; you can hear the people on second floor walking, snoring, etc. There is no breakfast but there is also not a place to rest (lobby) except for a small patio outside - bless California weather. Almost every time I got back from work, some lights were on (after cleaning service?).

Nice staff and great location. If the beds had been comfortable it would have been fine.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed. Mismatched linens and pillows that should be replaced. Bathroom perma-dirt. No hot water in the sink unless you kept the water running for over 3-4 minutes.

Nice place for home base when visiting Palo Alto. Convenient location & good value.
Pros:

Nice location. Felt private even though it is on a busy street, as it’s set back a bit and the landscaping makes it feel private. Rooms had microwaves & mini-refrigerators & coffee makers. Little snacks in the office & friendly front-desk person.

Cons:

The room was a bit dark & somewhat stuffy. However, I could open the window to get fresh air.
