Did not get the room I booked. (King Suite)
The matress cover had stain on it on one of the beds.
The fridge wasn't clean.
Didn't gave a coffee maker in room.

Would never pay 200 to sleep in that dirty of a place needs to be shutdown

Very very dirty. I mean like ain’t been cleaned in months bugs and dirt everywhere’s . Linens were nasty and stained . Staff didn’t seem to care how dirty the place was or shocked .

I really don’t expect much from Res Roof, so it was really as good as can be excepted from the well known chain.
